It was a fantastic trip. A great location for ski touring and relaxation. The hotel staff is lovely the girls are always cheerful, smiling, and helpful. The shower is excellent and the bedroom is spacious. For all of the coats, boots, etc., there is plenty of closet space. A fantastic locker room for skiing equipment. The sauna was ok, but there were too many naked bodies for my taste, but it was every individuals preference. Breakfast has a lot to eat, and the evening meals were excellent. It was fantastic to sit on the terrace and relax while admiring the snowcovered mountains. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hinterglemm, making it ideal for ski lifts, ski passes, and equipment rentals if required. We headed to the goatstall bar. A memorable experience that no one should overlook. Even as a pensioner it was a rocking place. Many skiers none of them of all ages, and everyone was dancing dancing cheering and feeling incredibly welcoming. A separate room is not to be missed for feces and real goats. If you do not ski, walk up the hill, and there is a little tunnel that leads directly into the bar. The scenery is opulent, so it goes without saying.

Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich und auch das Personal war zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön, komfortabel und sauber. Das Abendessen war stets ausgezeichnet und uns wurde auch die Möglichkeit eingeräumt auf der Terrasse, anstatt wie vorgesehen in der Stube zu dinieren. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde stets eingegangen, weshalb ich das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Auch die Lage ist Zentral und direkt neben der Seilbahn am Reiterkogel. Das lädt natürlich ein, sofort mit der Gondel auf den Berg zu fahren. Das Hotel werde ich alsbald wieder besuchen.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return with the hope of getting better food for dinner. This place is excellent if you want to enjoy a skin vacation because it is close to Reiterkogel Gondola where you can climb to the top, which is only 80 minutes by foot to and from the ski slopes. I also enjoyed the spa area with 3 different saunas. The only drawback was the supper, as the restaurant offered veal for the second time in a row.

I would highly suggest it. I had previously stayed at this hotel, and I knew what to anticipate. They offer a half pension rate that provides a fantastic 4-course dinner and breakfast buffet for the individual traveler. The hotel is well-kept, and there is a lovely terrace on which to eat and enjoy a meal. The kind, uniformed personnel adds to the joy. Although not as lovely as in my previous stays, the small double room I stayed in was definitely worthy of a 4-star rating. During the summer, the hotel offers the joker card, which is a very good value since it not only provides you with free transportation all the way to see Am See, but also offers cable car trips in the area as well as other family-oriented activities. Overall, another pleasant visit.

We arrived in hinterglemm for the third consecutive year to spend the new year's Eve holidays with my wife and two children. The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the two main lifts in hinterglemm, Reiterkogel, and the town center. The hotel has its own parking space, which is extremely convenient. However, we were really disappointed when we were ordered to carry all the five suitcases we had for our weeks of stay up to our room on our own. The proprietor or anyone else did not even bother to assist us. Our family room was comfortable, but the view was terrible because it faced the next building. The sauna and steam bath area was small but brand new and tastefully decorated. The restaurant area was average at the back of the hotel with almost no view. We had a half board plan where you could have your soup and salads from the buffet and choose your main course. However, the food both breakfast and dinner were average compared to other hotels we've stayed in Austrian mountain villages. On the other hand, our waitress was very friendly. The biggest disappointment came on the final day. During check out, despite the fact that we had been there for a week, the person at the reception didn't even bother to ask if we had a good time. After that, we went to the ski room, where we opened the room and our locker. He went

Everything was fantastic, new, and immaculate. Our junior suite room was excellent, with two balconies with sun loungers and tables and a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was nice, with a nice shower. Nice and spotless spa and wellness facilities in the basement, a nice sauna and steam bath, and plenty of room to relax with a cup of tea. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi. Food is excellent, with a wide variety in both breakfast and dinner, and breakfast is served with a delicious cappuccino. We intend to stay here once more next year.
