As long as you check in the hotel between 14:00 and 20:00, I do not have any trouble at all. There is a door bell at the front door. Good security because only people with room keys can enter the hotel. The room has good heating, a steam pot, balcony! Hotel stuffs seem to be very busy but very friendly. The bed was a king size. I enjoyed the room and felt so comfortable.

Albergo piccolo ma ospitale, proprietaria molto gentile, pulizia e colazione mattutina nella norma. La camera non era grandissima e ospitava cinque posti letto. Noi in tre siamo stati bene, probabilmente cinque persone in quella camera starebbero un po' strette. Siamo arrivati quasi all'una di notte e ci hanno aperto senza problemi (abbiamo telefonato nel pomeriggio per avvisare del ritardo). La posizione è ottima, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Salisburgo e a cento metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Di fianco ha una stazione di servizio, con un piccolo supermercato aperto giorno e notte (anche la notte di capodanno). La nostra camera affacciava sulla bella strada larga che conduce alla stazione; di fronte vedevamo un palazzo nuovo, con una grande palestra all'interno. Ottimo per il parcheggio; si può scegliere fra: - un posto auto scoperto nel cortile sul retro del palazzo, cortile con accesso chiuso da una sbarra; costa 10 euro per notte, da pagare all'albergo, che a sua volta paga i proprietari del posto auto; oppure: - a cinquanta metri dall'entrata dell'albergo, c'è l'accesso del grande garage interrato della stazione, in cui con 14 euro al giorno si può lasciare l'auto in un garage coperto, non freddo, sorvegliato da videocamere e da un sorvegliante in un gabbiotto all'entrata (si consideri che al Mirabellgarage ubicato vicino al centro si pagano 36 euro al giorno). Nota negativa, quando si apre la finestra entra odore di cucina dal ristorante sottostante.

This is a no frills hotel with good breakfast, excellent location near the Train Station, Mirabelle gardens short Walk easy access to all bus lines. Rooms are clean we were three so we had a double bed and a twin plus a sofa. They held our luggage while we went into the city until our late night flight out. Very nice staff!

Centrally located with good communication to airport and short work to the old town. it filled the role of a low cost hotel, basic breakfast for a quick stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned late in the day and on our first day the floors were not swept or mopped. After letting reception know this was done for the rest of our trip. Over all it was good and for the price we paid it absolutely fine.

Close to the station and public transport. Christmas markets are walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do hear some noise from the street but it’s not too loud and that is not the fault of the hotel.

At first night I couldn’t sleep since the pillow was very thin, I asked for extra pillow and he didn’t give me. Second night was better, they gave me pillows. The safe box is very important for a tourist, it was broken.

Underrated place, much better than other reviews suggest. Easy walk from HBF and with a good breakfast included. Note there is no elevator but only a couple of flights of stairs.
