This trip to the Hotel Maxilian was so wonderful for us. The hotel has a superb position in the center of the old city, right in front of everything, and steps from tram and bus lines. One of the greatest breakfast buffets we have ever gotten is a wonderful variety of meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes, fruit, and hot dishes, as well as interesting side dishes like pickled herring and shrimp salad. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful, always ready to suggest local attractions and provide directions. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that after a few days, they were aware of our schedule and that we always had our room cleaned when we returned from breakfast. The accommodations themselves are modern and wellappointed. Our room was fairly small, but it was extremely comfortable, it is the norm in Europe. The hotel has a lot to offer, and it appears that the pen family has gone above and above to ensure that guests enjoy the finest innsbruck has to offer. We wholeheartedly endorse the hotel maximilian!.

This hotel had the warmest atmosphere we had during our lengthy trip through Europe in December. Our daughter loved the spacious space that was provided for her bed in our junior suite. Though it is conveniently located close to the old town while still remaining charming and distinctive, the hotel is contemporary and opulent. It is situated across the street from the Innsbruck Christmas Markets. All the staff was amiable, accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had. We hope to return.

The most wonderful accommodation we stayed at during a month-long trip around Europe in December. We stayed in a junior suite, and our daughter enjoyed the short-lived area her bed was in, giving her own private space. The hotel is modern and opulent inside, but in a great location next to the old town but still has charm and character. The christmas markets in Innsbruck are directly across the street. The breakfast buffet was also the finest we have ever had, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The only thing we regret is that we didn't stay here longer and would love to return.

Very lovely hotel in the center of Innsbruck's old town. A very kind young smiling lady dressed in traditional Tyrolean attire assisted us with quick check-in. The superior double room we stayed in on the first floor was very large, had a beautiful view, and was tastefully decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh options. The hotel was spotlessly clean as expected, and the service was professional.

Very pleasant stay overall. Nice, modern without being harsh or sterile. The checkin process was quite friendly. This room is really well designed and has enough room for three people. A small sink area with hardly any shelves. Hooks are required. The shower could be the best weve ever had in Europe. With a half wall of glass and a genuine full shower door, the water pressure is excellent and there is plenty of room! Pillows are very cozy. Hangers and closets are appropriate. Safe. WiFi is adequate. There are no luggage racks, but they are tiny and fit three passengerss bags. A hot water for a tea or coffee maker would be helpful.
