I cant recommend it enough. This hotel is fantastic! The location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from the opera house and main shopping street, same distance to the museum quarter, and lovely cafes and restaurants a block in every direction. The staff is wonderful, accommodating and helpful. They take great pride in the hotel and help us throughout our stay. Truly the best staff ive ever encountered! Spacious, newly renovated and wellappointed room with comfortable beds. Even nook for coffee and tea. A wonderful stay! I will definitely be back.4,4/511 Mei 2024

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of the city, just outside the center of Vienna. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the museum district, and many of its wellknown attractions are within walking distance. There are also many options for public transportation.4,4/530 Apr 2023

I enjoyed the place and the stay. The staff were lovely and supportive. I liked the room and it was a good choice to have air conditioning on hot days. Only thing i didnt like was that the curtains werent properly tailored, the large part of the window was open, allowing much light in the early morning. Location is good very close to the center and price is reasonable.4,2/529 Jan 2024

We reserved an apartment during the new years eve period. As you can see in the photographs, its a lovely, spacious space. The shower is strong and very warm 10/10. Excellent location that is close to the metro, shops, markets, and cafes. Im not sure what other reviews mean when they say there isnt opulent bar because it is. Its small, but i had bottled it before ill go out, so it does exist. You do need to ask the receptionist, though, as they do both, although this is not an issue imo. Although the walls are thin, ive rarely stayed in upscale hotels where you dont hear other guests. When they came to clean my room, housekeeping appeared to be friendly and offered me extra coffee and water, which he declined. One night, we were semiinjured out because someone had placed flimsy wooden beam across the doors, however, this was resolved quickly and did not occur any other nights. Worth reserving and returning.4,2/516 Mar 2023
