Hello everyone! We booked a thermal water break this time. Even though we are still here on the third day, it is so amazing that we want to say a few words. nice atmosphere even though English is not very common. nice facilities for big and small. Horseback riding and super golf. And stunning thermal pools. Will come back!.

The food and room were really nice, and the service was so warm and helpful. Plus the breakfast. But, the big toddler club made us leave our 1 year old babies in caring hands for hours at a time, in a large club.

The hotel has as it were a luxury, and it is quite a bonus. Two main advantages are given to it: first, it's convenient to vienna when traveling with a child. Second, a lovely spa with a thermal pool and a spa. The hotel is already old and in need of restoration. Although the food was okay, the others children's hotels are Dachsteinkoenig, Lowe, and Bar. Of course, at the bottom. But the staff is the focus. Many people at the front desk are rude and unfavorable to you. They attempt to persuade you to arrive without smiling or at least attempting to convince you that you are okay. The same goes for the restaurant. The hotel was largely empty and there were a few families there. I also inquired whether it was possible to take a dog before we got there, and the reservation clerk totally ignored my request. The final tip, however, was to pay 50 euros more to send them the cleaning service that costs 16 euros for the dog, despite the fact that the tiny snowwhite spitting was only in the room for a single night. A more general experience, as is provided by the hotel with three stars rather than four. Families with young children, especially when there are so many new hotels with such welcoming staff, wouldn't stay here.

I really like this place. It is in an adventure park that has an amazing playground and a playground for kids with all types of facilities, such as a large playing area, a kids club, an indoor and outdoor playground, a movie theater, a shop, a bike rental, a swimming pool with toboggans for indoor and outdoor use, all inclusive meals and beverages throughout the day, special meals for the kids, golf, animals, a garden with a lake, and other facilities.
