The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the hotel is understaffed. But they couldnt find our do not disturb door sign even after a day which was strange. Even though we booked this hotel more than he month ago and arrived at 1 pm, they could not reserve i good room at least on supper floor which is unfortunate. Breakfast was ok with one single coffee machine with many interruptions. Bread was delicious. So was scrambled eggs every day. Multivitamin juice was tasty. Rucola salad was great. Coffee was good and strong. The wardrobe was adequate and had enough wooden hangers. No extra toilet paper was kept which again housekeeping didnt work oh. Staff could understand english but couldn't speak u. In the night there were some disturbances with noise from passing people. We couldn4,6/57 Des 2023

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and couldnt have been more helpful. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were immaculately clean. Had scrumptious breakfast every morning, and its location couldn't be better, as it is only ten minutes walk from the train station or merely requiring fewer buses to get there, all on incredibly peaceful streets. Its a small, good hotel in tastier, peaceful area, about ten minutes walk from the Salzburg railway station or just two bus stops away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms with attached bathrooms are quite comfortable, neat and clean. Breakfast is also good.4,4/518 Agt 2024

In Salzburg, the hotel flush is a great value because other hotels and airbnb can be quite pricey in this city. The distance to the main train station, which makes this hotel the ideal base for arriving and departing from, is its main advantage, despite the rooms and amenities being tad antiquated. At the front desk, jasmine is really helpful. She promptly made arrangements for them to be delivered to our room when we requested i bring ice and bottled water. Overall, while mentioning the proximity to both the train stop and the service staff, my overall rating of this place still stands out.4,4/514 Jun 2024
