I really appreciate your service. Sasha Gunner, the resident manager, and his team were extremely kind and helpful, always accommodating your every need. Great and extremely useful rooms. Great location just next to the Hamburg Convention Center, and only a short walk from public transportation, which is really useful. Staff at breakfast were so attentive and friendly. The next time I visit the Mercury Hotel in Hamburg Mite, I will definitely stay there again. Outstanding hotel in a great location, excellent accommodations, and amazing personnel. Thats the essence of a fantastic hotel experience.

The hotel is convenient and very easy when you need to go to meetings in the city. The nicest person to greet you is a smiling individual. The breakfast is very good, the room is clean, and the bed is very good. I ate this time, but the waiting time was so long for the steak just grilled, after 35 minutes, I was still waiting. So I had to leave before. Not suitable for a hotel of this quality.

This hotel is very close to the trade fare area. The hotel has good and friendly staff, nice and functional rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The bar is well equipped and the cold cuts are very tasty. The hotel has underground parking but be careful because it is tight and narrow.

I spent 2 nights at Mercury Hotel, Hamburg Mite. The location is excellent, near Messehallen exhibition halls and not far from Metro Station. The area is safe and clean. The room itself was very clean and quite spacious. I liked the idea of a possibility to refuse from daily cleaning to care for the environment if the room is clean anyway. The only issue was that wake up call on departure morning did not work despite it being specially requested at the reception the previous evening.
