My family has been skiing in Kaltenbach for a while, and we have always stayed with Hannes in his charming hotel. We always are greeted warmly by me and this hotel, which I enjoy. The main hotel's rooms are lovely and more modern, and the full service breakfast is excellent. Plates with delicious meats, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, eggs, and pancakes. Hannes and his crew are very helpful and knowledgeable about the region. If necessary, there is also a shuttle service to the ski lifts.

Traveling through throw and following a pleasant plan we found on the internet, we discovered this lovely inn when we arrived in Innsbruck at the end of a day. The route we followed suggested stopping at this family run inn for dinner, and we followed it. When we entered the inn, we were impressed with the house, its architectural, heavy wooden door, and incredible decoration. It looked like we were moving in time to an era where large cities were no longer present. We were greeted by a young woman from the staff, and we asked for a table for two, but the staff responded that they were full for that night as we had no reservation. However, the young lady asked if we would be happy to have dinner in an hour as most reservations would start a little later. We agreed that it was preferable to have food and preferable to try the food at that location, and we were then shown to a table in the dinner room. Again, the restaurant room looked wonderful, matching the decor of medieval architecture and blending with some modern touches. We were very pleased to have that one hour slot without reservations and without the need to ask for it, and the staff was always helpful and tried to make us feel comfortable and welcomed every time. We had a beuscherl, which is basically a kind of stew with veal lungs, which was a very fine

A typical, fashionable tyrolean hotel and restaurant in a nice location. Food, wine, and service are all up to the standard expected from such an establishment. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Staying there is always a great experience beautiful rooms, with a view of a lovely garden to enjoy your meals. In case it rains nice seating inside. And the meals are a very fantastic demonstration of contemporary tyrolean cuisine with very good ingredients prepared by a passionate team.

I stayed in this hotel during the final week of the ski season. It was really comfortable. We had lunch and breakfast, and the food was excellent. Particularly, the lunch was wonderful. When I was there, the hotel was quiet, but judging from the entertainment area, I assume it is extremely busy. The staff was helpful. Although the room had a separate living room and bedroom, the accommodations in the rooms were pretty basic. In order to observe properly, the living room would benefit from a higher wattage bulb. To be fair, the hotel fee was excellent and we thought it was good value for the money. If I were in the area, I would stay here again, but I wouldn't make a special trip.
