There are numerous staircases and corridors when you arrive. We'll look closely, see. The reception was never found, clearly, and there were no more cushions or blankets. There were no issues with the rooms except for the welcoming receptionist who was eager to please the men! There were no additional cushions or blankets provided for the rooms. It was disappointing to smoke from the bedroom next door. Lovely bartenders are without real knowledge of who had ordered, what they had ordered, or their room number. If you don't, you will fit in here because there was a lot of leftover food to select from. The supper salad was wonderful, and the slimy brown leaves were picked out. The remainder was excellent, and I picked out the slimy brown leaves, but the rest was excellent. The carpaccio was lovely, but it wasn't worth their time. As I inquired about a coffeecafecappuccino, she seemed to be muttering incredibly inept. The ceiling was not entirely visible, though, despite the fact that the WiFi worked. There were numerous flights of stairs that could be used to make it easier to find a waiter. The main meal was great and I was forced to decide that it was more like an arribiata sauce, but it was fine. There was a gap between the dining room and bar's restroom,

We will return to this place. This hotel is broken and spread over a few linked blocks. It has good customer service and is very friendly. The room is small but very modern and clean. The bathroom is clean and trendy. The sauna complex is one of the best I have used but brits and yanks should be aware of it being fully nude! Breakfast was very good, dinner was smaller but nice.

I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for aboveaverage lodging in or close soll. I reserved this just before Christmas, and as usual for us, we handled everything on our own. On a Sunday morning, we got there early in the morning to learn that one of our rooms wasnt yet available, and we were asked to have a coffee at the bar. When we were informed that the room was now available, we were able to take occupancy because we hadnt finished this. There was a lot of wood and glass in the typical austrian hotel room. The restroom was designed for a bedroom with underfoot heating, and it was welllit and comfortable but not luxurious. The beds were firm and cozy, but as is normal in this region of the world, the pillows lack in both volume and quantity as well. The temperature was good throughout our stay, and there were no times when I felt uncomfortable. The wellness center has three saunas of different temperatures, a steam room, and a quiet room. This is a mixed facility where nudity is the norm. Do not go in if you find it uncomfortable. The pool is not huge, but it was a nice place to unwind after a day on the slopes. The check-out was a letdown. There were items on our bill that we had not had and items that were not on the bill that we had ordered. Items agreed to be taken off one couples bill were then added to the other couples bill. Completely inexcusable. Sadly, there is still no apologies. We would not stay here again unless we were desperate. Arrival was quite complex. A large entrance marked Landmass Age leads to nothing but a large staircase and some unmarked doors. There was no reception, and we were really confused as to where we were supposed to go. The landmass is in effect a collection of accommodations linked to the nearby hotel by a lengthy underground corridor. The rooms were very tiny, and the bathroom, while very modern and clean, was difficult to use. The shower had no enclosure, and water spread throughout the bathroom every time we used it. There was no extractor fan. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet with a lovely view. We booked supper and had a lovely table in a tiny side room close to the bar. The setting was lovely, but the food wasn't. Two out of four meals were returned unscheduled. No one apologized, they offered to replace them, but no apology. Breakfast was a very extensive buffet, well-presented and plentiful.

The room size specified on the website was 20 square meters. What we got was a lot smaller. No place to open my big suit case. The mattress felt like a futon (hard). My back was sore in the morning. The pillows were old and felt like hard rocks. No extra blankets provided, the comforters were thin and it got chilly at night. No heating. The shower did not have a door and flooded the tiny bathroom. You could basically use the toilet and the shower at the same time, so close was the proximity. The outdoor small pool was not heated (very cold) and the indoor pool was only minimally heated (cold).The saunas were not open first half of the day. Wifi did not work well in our room, we had to go to the lobby/dining area to have good wifi. Breakfast was plenty but quality was average. The honey was packaged in small commercial plastic containers and the hotel did not provide the honey their own bees produced in the back of the farm this hotel was on. The staff would help if asked but I always felt I was intruding whatever they are doing when I had a question to ask the front desk. Not the friendliest staff. The Agar Hof and the Schloessel are listed as two hotels, they are two separate buildings but use the same front desk, pools, saunas and breakfast area. Family run, not professionally run which may explain a lot that is missing here. Location is good. That was the only plus.
