Dejligt ophold med en særdeles sød og imødekommende værtinde. Vi havde masser af privatliv, men værtinden var altid i nærheden med hjælp og informationer. Vi havde et skønt ophold i en rolig by med skøn natur. Herudover brugte vi meget tid i vandland med børnene. Attraktivt sted for alle. Landhaus Charlotte kan klart anbefales.

We would definitely stay here again. This apartment is so cute and has a spectacular mountain outlook. The apartment is also in a lovely location, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. Christine is very helpful. We've stayed in many places in seemed but this is the best.

We stayed at Landmass Charlotte for a week in mild summer weather and occupied two apartments, moosglockchen and edelweiss. Both were excellent, well-appointed, clean, and spacious. Edelweiss is not suitable for the elderly 80 because it is on the second floor and only has a bathtub, but moosglockchen is on the first floor and has a beautiful balcony. Christine was extremely friendly and helpful providing a cot, highchair, and baby carpet, and towels were refreshed during the week. The local free-circuit bus typically goes directly to the door, but it must be carefully studied in order to make the most of it. Some of our members used a swimming pool in the town's associated hotel, which they described as nice but small. Without the bus, the landmass is about a fifteen-minute walk from the town, uphill on the return, but several walks flow from the landmass area. The landmass offers a wide range of tourist information, including excellent trampoline and a solid tabletennis table. Indoor lounges and lots of sunbathing areas with lounges or seats are spread out around the front of the property. There was a good selection of crockery, utensils, an efficient oven, dishwasher, and microwave for self-catering. The clothes washing machine was also

For a number of years we have been going to the seem area, this was our first time in Charlotte Landmass, and I must say it is perfectly located, comfortable, large, wellequipped, quiet private street with just one access, and Christina the landlady is very helpful, accommodating, and very quick in communicating.

Wonderful landmass in seemed, close to the town's center and at the same time located just off the busiest neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. It takes ten minutes to walk to the center and if you like skiing, just start outside the landmass! The landlady was helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed for a week and heartily recommend this landmass.

Between February and March, I had the pleasure of staying at Landmass Charlotte. We were a 5 couple who shared 3 apartments. The apartments were excellent, the location excellent, with a great view of the city centre and the city center below us. There was a really comfortable and nice restaurant next to the house. I will definitely come back. The landlord, Catherine, was very friendly and everything was in order.
