Location perfect, just a short walk to Mirabell gardens and 5 minutes more to the old town. Bed and pillows super comfy, coffee and fridge very welcome. There was an issue with the lift, reported and quickly resolved. Thank you for a lovely stay

L'appartement est très spacieux et très beau. Calme en plein centre ville. Parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

This hotel was amazing! Loved the central location, comfortable apartments and all the amenities. Checkin was super easy with a PIN number emailed to me, which also served as the access code for the front door.

The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. We stayed in the penthouse, and it was excellent overall. We had been especially looking forward to the patio, which was one of the main reasons we booked this room. However, there was a restaurant in the building directly across from us, so we didn't feel comfortable using the patio because of the lack of privacy. It was disappointing that we couldn't really enjoy it.

The online check in via WhatsApp was seamless. The room was great and we really liked the added touches that made it feel a little more special (e.g. the communal terrace, the free biscuits and sweets by the main entrance). The finish of the whole building felt very premium and the location was great. One piece of feedback would be clearer instructions as to where to get additional suppliers from the pantry (e.g. replacement towels and bottled water). Also not sure why the kitchen didn't have any cooking facilities but had a dishwasher.

Perfect place to visit Salzburg. Easy check In, clean room, fee laundry and near the train station. There is also a bus stop (mirabelplatz) near where you can catch the 150 to get to the lake region. I would definitely come back!

Advertisement showed a rooftop area . Unfortunately, it was only for the Penthouse. That was not made clear , we booked because a rooftop area was shown.

This property could not have a better location, a few blocks from the train station, and right next to Mirabelli Gardens. It is not for those who need to have staffed services but it is a perfect apartment if you are independent and self sufficient. Plenty of seating areas and a laundry in the basement plus lockers for staff but you have to be comfortable asking through WhatsApp if you need anything.

Very nice self service apartment hotel. AC worked great. And the windows do an amazing job with sound proofing. You can't even tell you are right on a busy road until you look out the window.
