Le séjour s’est bien passé, la cuisine est sommaire, le frigo dans la chambre est un excellent point ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et nous avons même pu laisser nos bagages dans le locker ! Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans l chambre mais nous avions un bon ventilateur. Merci beaucoup

In den Zimmern gibt es Ameisen, man muss aufpassen, dass man kein Essen einstehen lässt. Sonst alles super. Gemeinschaftsküche habe ich nicht benutzt.

Un hébergement au personnel adorable et polyglotte. Plein de petites attentions: pommes et jus offerts au desk d'accueil.... Chambre spacieuse, calme et très propre !! Literie top. Un peu loin des transports en revanche, surtout dans une ville comme Vienne où l'on marche énormément.... Mais sinon, je recommande vivement !!

I stayed here for two nights in August. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is decent. The room was clean and larger than I expected for a hostel dorm. The room has a bathroom which is a plus. We could constantly hear sounds outside the room, but it wasn't so loud that we kept awake. Our room had only one key and seemed to have to be left at the reception by the last person out, so it wasn't convenient for four people traveling together. The kitchen was not well done, it's tiny and has a fridge with no space to store food.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this hostel. The rooms were spotless, with comfy beds and pillows. The apartment was big and bright! The kitchen was spotless and cozy! The staff was outstanding, they answered all of our endless questions! They were incredibly helpful and made us feel at ease in Vienna and all over Austria. They made sure we understood everything and took significant measures to make it possible. I heartily endorse this hostel to anyone visiting Vienna, the rates are amazing and the other facilities.

We entered with low expectations because we knew it's a campus hostel and not a five-star hotel. The staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, and the room was spotless, and the mattresses were extremely cozy, which we greatly appreciated after a few nights of terrible mattresses in prague. They are summer students who work there, and they went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel at home. They even offered to send food to us when we arrived late at night, tired. We heartily suggest that people who are open-minded stayers stay here. However, because it is a campus hostel, don't anticipate a hotel room with room service!.

Our room was good, it comes with a private bathroom and a double bed. No, I don't have a room like that when I visit Vienna to see the city and not to watch the tourist sights. But we have a fridge and this was very useful. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially for the student at reception.

I did stay here for the night in a 4 bedroom dorm with only a female kitchen a bit smelly. ConsNo small light, a lamp would be useful. Also no bins in the bathroom. Mostly because this was a female dorm, bins in bathrooms should be mandatory. If youre very low down the building, you can hear many sounds outside. The pros on the plus side of this hostel are very clean, comfortable mattresses, clean bedding, clean bathroom and hot water. Very simple to find and close to many cafes! The receptionist is very nice and friendly, as helpful as they can be. I felt very welcome and safe in this hostel. Everything is very straight forward and checkin and out are very easy. It was a reasonable price, and a better standard for a hostel, I wouldnt complain!.

When I arrived there was a mix up with the beds, which we later found out was due to the fact the room had not been serviced before we arrived (they were having issues with their cleaners). Overall the room was tidy and there was clean bedding and even towels. The room was cleaned the next day and days after. There were also safes in the rooms and 2 fans which was needed in the warm weather. Unfortunately there were no lights by the bed. An added bonus was having the bathroom inside the room. One annoying thing was there were not enough keys for everyone staying in the room and so if someone hadn’t returned the key to reception you couldn’t either get into your room or leave (unless you left it unlocked) This was mostly not a problem. There were no lockers or anywhere where you could lock your belongings away. The kitchen was quite untidy as people had not washed up their dishes and when I arrived the floor was very sticky. But it must have been cleaned the next day as it wasn’t. It is quite a way from the centre and after walking the first day, I used the trams. Overall it was ok, it worked and I had a clean bed and shower to come back to.

체크인할려는데 청소 덜 됐다면서 한시간 더 걸림 기다리다가 짐만 보관해놓고 나갔다 들어옴. 방 상태는 나름 깨끗함 아침먹을 곳이 꽤 멀리 떨어져있어서 곤란함

Easy to find - only a few minutes from both Metro and Tram stops.This proved to be a great base for our exploration of Vienna. The room had a small fridge (a real bonus given how hot it was in August!) and there was access to full kitchen and laundry facilities. The mood of the place was really friendly, with a mixture of families and ages.

The staff was accommodating, the room was clean, the hostel itself was clean. My main complain was the noise outside in the mornings in the area. There may be construction going on around the area, because as early as 6am there is loud construction noises that wakes u up very early.
