My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. I wish we had stayed longer because we absolutely loved it! It was the highlight of our short break in Innsbruck. Great location, just a short walk from the old town. The hotel is not very big, but it is pleasant, and it feels very boutique and unique. Excellent design and attention to detail. We discovered something new every time we went around. Our room was small but big enough for the two of us, lovely and comfortable, with lots of storage space, a comfortable bed, and an espresso machine, which was extremely appreciated. Bathroom is small but comfortable, with a lovely shower and toiletries. The courtyard is a dream, unfortunately, it was a little cold and rainy outside, but the design is amazing, very green and wild, with a water feature and nice furniture, I loved it! There I also have a roof terrace with a lovely deck, which might be great for drinks with the right weather and even for an event. Breakfast was the best part, we had brunch only on Sundays. Great selection and quality! Service was also very good and friendly, we recommend it and would definitely return to Innsbruck only to stay at this hotel!.

We stayed only one night in Innsbruck, so a hotel seemed more appropriate. Highly rated on hotels. Com, we chose this one. There are numerous pillows and alternative air conditioning, making it more trendyhipster. The allglass bathroom with a getthrough bathroom might upset some people. We had been to something similar at a hotel in Copenhagen a few years ago. Both the shower and toilet are glass enclosed, and they share a sliding door. A frosted section of glass is properly placed as a way to maintain some degree of discretion when the toilet door is closed. However, the head and feet are clearly visible, and the last thing you want to see after breakfast is your significant other straining on a painful cuddle. On the other hand, the shower has no discrete frosting anywhere, so you can see the whole fruit basket. As it were. After looking at photos on the hotel tripadvisor page, it appears that not all the rooms have this interesting Getthrough toiletshower combo. If this is bothers you, make sure you request a room that works better for you. Regardless, the shower is only partially enclosed by a partition wall, resulting in a damp bathroom floor. The bed was also quite comfy. A fantastic breakfast buffet was available at a fair price. We were able to park in a private lot less than a block away for

This is a truly special hotel. The designer and architect of this project deserve recognition for their creativity. We stayed in a garden room and strongly recommend it. The room included a kitchen and a small sleeping space, but the bathroom was like a dream, as was the small garden outside. The hotel is clean and had very friendly staff as well. If you want to stay at a hotel that is completely different from the others, this is the place to be. Self service at the rooftop bar was a funny experience. Reserve this and have a pleasant stay.

The architecture and room design impressed us, but the service at the front desk did not impress us at all. This weekend, the front desk employees were awful 3 out of 5 because there must have been a staff change since 2020. A visitor who chooses a fourstar hotel and a single room at 150 euros per night could expect to be treated politely and not ignored in the midst of the night when the room card has a defect and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. She did not even ask for a name or identification to confirm that she was giving out the room card to a legitimate guest. We could have been anyone. I am wondering if some of the staff should attend hotel school. Instead of apologizing for the situation when faced, it is also unethical to protect such employees. The list of reservations keeps getting tangled, so you should check the bill, because they might have added to something that wasnt yours, and overlook to bring your luggage to the room despite the fact that it has been demanded, arranged, and double checked. To be fair, I want to make it clear that the breakfast buffet staff and housekeeping were incredibly proficient and courteous.
