The sauna in the room was the absolute highlight for me. After a day in the snow, I can only hope that it becomes even nicer in winter. We were the first visitors to tell am see, so we had no idea what to anticipate, neither from the town nor the hotel. The conclusion was that this was probably not our last visit, and if we had the chance, we would love to return to the hotel. From the balcony, the lake offers an amazing view. The room had everything you need, a delicious breakfast, and a helpful staff.

Our stay at the 3 bedroom penthouse was between July 5 and July 2022. It is a brand new hotel with excellent amenities. The penthouse was spectacular with stunning views of the mountains and lake. The breakfast was great. The fact that there is a bidet spray next to the toilet in all the bathrooms, which is something that we believe to be essential, was one of the highlights of this hotel. All the employees were quite friendly and welcoming. The manager on duty, Gabriel Andronoche, and his lovely wife, Ana Andronoche, deserve special recognition. They did everything in their power to assist us, make us content, and make our stay the best possible. We will surely return, and we anticipate seeing them again soon.

Overall, I had a great time. The greatest thing about this place is the free parking. With a 3-year-old daughter, we had a great time. The room is big, well-made, and has a stunning view. Breakfast is in a great location, also with a nice view.

I booked a trip for Christmas with my husband and two teens. It was great. The location is pretty far from the town, which I know, but the shuttle service is simple and daily. However, we could use the trail and leave the skis at the rental place. The drainage in the shower in the wet room was the only cause of the rain, which not working properly. Therefore, every time we had a shower, we flooded the bathroom. Will definitely book again.
