The situation was right close to the St Stephen's Cathedral. In this apartment there is a nice view. All facilities provided are excellent. We stayed for a relaxing visit. This is my second time staying here.

The location is exceptional, and I cannot speak highly enough of it. This is by far one of the finest places I've ever stayed. Since we were a family of three traveling together and wanted more space, I typically stay in highend boutique hotels, but I decided to stay at the residence Wollzeile. That is certainly possible! There is every opulent luxury accessory and light you could possibly imagine in the apartment, which has 2 bedrooms, 2, and 5 bathrooms. The rooms are sizable and full of beautiful furniture, handblown light fixtures, original artwork, beautiful bathrooms, and an amazing kitchen I wish I had back home. Although the personnel is limited, they are incredibly proficient and are available to assist you with everything you require in the apartment or in the apartment. My family commented that we were moving from a palace to a dormitory after staying at the Wollzielle and moving to another destination and another hotel. Above all 5 stars!.

In terms of apartment design, it is more a service apartment than a hotel, so don't expect the hotel lobby, but wow I give this house 10 out of 10 stars, the furniture is elegant, new, clean and comfortable, and the actual manager is professional above expectations and we want to thank her for her support during our entire stay. Cleansing services are excellent! I will continue to go and without any doubt, if it has room, a central location and an elegant apartment, it is the best place to stay! Thank you for a short visit to paradise. We'll be back soon!.

This is a great property in a great area. Unfortunately the only building elevator broke down and we had to climb stairs for 4 last days of 6 days stay. This ruined vacation for our handicapped family member. The residence sent a fruit basket and we appreciated the effort, though I would consider a room rate reduction to be an appropriate compensation!

Automatic lights kicked on several times while we were there, including at 4am twice. We told management, who did not even respond to texts or emails. I understand that there is no onsite management, but that is a pretty basic request. Apartment was also a hotel room, absolutely nothing like the featured apartments seen in the photos.
