The situation of this hotel is in a great location. In terms of the room and bathroom, I can see the amazing view of the mountains and lake. The breakfast here is also very bad. It can be improved if the staffs are friendly.

The rooms are small, and the furnishings are shabby. The staff is interested but not very qualified. Breakfast buffet is standard hotel standard. The outdoor pool and the proximity to the lake is a plus.

In many respects, I believe the hotel am Hallstattersee surpassed my expectations. I had quick access to the lakeside exit due to its proximity to Obertraun train stop, the bus stop for the salt mine and ice cave, and the ferry stop from Obertraun to Hallstatt lawn. They have scheduled a staff member to communicate with the visitors via a technique similar to Skype even if nobody is there at the front desk before 3 a.m. She was extremely polite and kind, and she was able to answer any questions she could answer. Before, during, and after checkout, luggage can be put under a shelf across from the front desk. Although there is a lift for visitors, there is a lift for luggage, so I had no trouble sending my baggage ekg to the top floor and meeting it there. Both the hotel and the room are spotless and tastefully constructed. I slept soundly because the bed was comfy. From 730930 am, a buffet breakfast menu includes cereals, toast, hams, cheese, milk, juice, boiled eggs, sausages, and other foods. Overall, I have a great time staying here, and if friends and family visit hallstatt, I'll recommend it.

Overall, I had a good time and will suggest it to friends and family if they visit Hallstatt. In a number of ways, I believe the Hotel am Hallstattersee exceeds my expectations. The obertraun train station, the bus stop for the salt mine and ice cave, and the ferry pier from obertraun to Hallstatt lawn allowed me to get to the lake on the opposite side. Although there is no one present at the reception before 3 am, they have arranged a staff member to interact with the guests through something like skype. She was extremely polite and welcoming and was able to respond to any inquiries. Before checking and after checking luggage can be stored on a shelf across from the front desk. Although there is no elevator for guests, there is one for luggage, so I had no trouble sending my luggage ekg to the top floor and meeting it there. The hotel as a whole and the room are clean and well-designed. I slept soundly because the bed was cozy. Breakfast buffet begins at 73 0930, offering a nice selection of foods such as cereals, toasts, hams, cheese, milk, juice, boiled eggs, sausages, etc.

It was very pleasant to stay here. We have very nice service from the employees. The room is clean but small. The view from the room is nice. But the breakfast is not very comprehensive and could be better. The food that they served was so complete.
