The hotel is in the center of Klagenfurt, a top-notch five-star hotel. My room was spotless and peaceful on the first floor, as was the bathroom. There were some toiletries, but there was no hand or body lotion, as I am used to. The bathroom had a safe and a little bar, but they weren't functional. Opening it with two remote controls is quite difficult. At the front desk, they were friendly, and they both came to assist me in opening it two times. No welcome drink upon arrival, no tea or coffee-making equipment in the single room, no free water, and not even free coffee or tea in the lobby, which is quite frequently in 4 star hotels around the globe. There are some free local newspapers. A very delicious, varied, and rich breakfast with nearly everything. They prepare or scrambled eggs, and they bring you coffee at the table. a lot of fruits, cakes, and yogurt. The reception and breakfast staff was quite kind.

The room was big enough for two people. The bathroom was adequate. Access for wheelchairs was also adequate. This is a great place, just a few minutes from the pedestrian zone. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I got everything I want.

Having a motorcycle with friends, we stayed three nights. Ideally placed close to the city's core. A friend booked this, so I anticipated parking issues that were nearby, but when we got there, we were able to park in front of the hotel entrance and again for the following two nights. The second-floor entrance and reception of the structure have been planned for me pleasantly, as there is a lift, so there is no issue. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, with a spotless bathroom, shower, screen, and toilet. Daily cleaning was performed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of everything, including fruit, cereals, cured meats, cheeses, and so on. One of the finest lodging options I've ever experienced at this level. The staff was great. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful, particularly him, who went above and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable by recommending things to do and see in the area, as well as some local motorcycling route information, which was quite welcome.

We were initially a little surprised to discover it on the second level of the building, but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with a window, and the room was tidy and lovely. The personnel were courteous and helpful, giving us a lot of information about the city. The cuisine was delicious, and breakfast was served in a sunny, peaceful room. The underground parking was also nearby, so I was also able to park here in only a few minutes. You can easily reach the city center from the hotel. Nice restaurants are also nearby.

I'm glad I stayed in this hotel. I can't find it and there is a problem park in front of it, but it's still a very lovely place to stay. The room we got was a suite and it's very big and, crucially, very clean and smells good. The mattress looks good and the bed dress is very nice. The breakfast here was also tasty, the staffs are happy and I will certainly come back to stay here again.
