Nice nice apartment, brand new, everything is in pristine condition, with all the amenities you can need for a self-catering, including an ironing board and washer. It also has a clever to integrate with Netflix, which is a pleasant touch but can't be found in most hotels these days. With a couch, shower, and clean toilet, I have nothing to complain about. The beds are single beds that are linked together to make a double, and the bed is quite comfortable, the duvet is soft, and there is a cot bed for children. Depending on which hotel you are staying at, there is a lid, which serves a nice breakfast buffet of croissants. There is no bathtub, it is just a shower, and no key cards, just a code. The ownermanagers are lovely and very helpful. We had a problem with our air conditioner, and they came out to immediately fix it with regular text updates. Outside there is good parking. We had a car, so I'm not sure about the distance to different locations, but it was a nice stay without any issues.

We booked a standard apartment for 4 nights and had a great time. It is perfectly cleaned, has a well equipped kitchen, a comfy shower, and a washing machine. There is a car parking next to the street for 5 euros per day, a good connection to the city center 1015 minutes, 2 tram lines, a supermarket around the corner, and many stores are within walking distance. Great place to stay if you want to explore Venice

The apartment was very nice and clean. Although the location is far from the city center. The owner gave us great directions and instructions on how to move around.

Very convenient location, just a bit out of the city center and close to the Underground up line and tabosrstrabe stop. also very close to tram and bus lines. So, getting around the city is very easy. The apartment is very clean. Towels are provided. The air conditioning and heating both work perfectly. Pillows are very comfortable. The bedroom is compact but still has a large wardrobe space. The rest of the apartment is fairly spacious. Only negative things are the supermarkets and pharmacy close to the apartment and the stiff mattress so I had trouble falling asleep. The sofa was awful, it was so hard. We sat on the chairs to sleep on. More amenities should be provided.

I had my first experience in while on my own for a cultural excursion. Sterner Residence has a good position, a few tram stops from the center, and is divided into several apartments with obsolete entrances. My apartment was clean, well-furnished, and comfy. It is composed of a living room with an open kitchen with a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and cooking electric panel, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You can experience complete independence, and the staff is very kind. Highly recommended.
