We have chosen Austria for the first time and have spent an amazing four days there. We came specifically to enjoy life in the mountain neighborhood, and I have to say, we loved it! We felt like we were in heidi tales. We can even add that at first contact, the hotel manager appears a bit grumpy but he isn't, he's just a mountain guy after schnapps at the hotel bar, very friendly! Being able to taste a unique place and exploring the hiking trails was so vivid with the variety of colors and friendly people! We will return.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf den großen Widderstein. Hotel liegt günstig für Wanderungen die vom Haupttal und vom Schwarzwassertal losgehen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Insbesondere das Salatbufett war großartig.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in einem tollen familiären Hotel! Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite,die super geräumig und sauber war. Da Frühstück, sowie das Abendessen als 3-Gang Menue oder in Buffetform waren wirklich super! Am Sonntag morgen gab es ein Sektfrühstück! Die Dame am Empfang war immer sehr freundlich und nett! Sie hatte immer tolle Wandertipps! Das einzige was uns etwas Missfallen hat, war der Herr des Hauses! Er war meist sehr stoffelig und unfreundlich !! Alles in allem aber ein toller, erholsamer Kurzurlaub!

We were satisfied with the hotel services except the unfriendly hotel director. The hotel's location was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Dinner was not good. Check-in and check-out are not possible on weekends. The proprietor will never go above and beyond for you. If you get a pleasant warm greeting from him, you would be very lucky. We regret being pity on the welcoming staff, who try to please guests.

I will never return because of the director, whereas the value for the money is excellent. From April 30 to May 2, which is a long weekend in France, my companion and I spend this holiday there. We requested a late check-in between 2100 and 2200 because we had a five-hour car journey and were working on Tuesday. First, they stated that this is not a moloch, as they wrote, and they responded ok after my second complaint stating that we could not otherwise. At 2210, we arrived due to widespread traffic congestion in Switzerland. The director waited outside, under the rain, as he observed us on his watch and huffed about our 10 minutes late. We apologized and explained the circumstance, but he didn't want to hear anything. Then, unkindly asked us to come to check in the morning at 800 a.m., he neither illuminated the stairs nor informed us about the elevator. Days later, he didn't even say hello. Due to the 10 minutes late delay, he charged us an additional 25 dollars at the conclusion of the trip. Did you ever hear that? Fortunately, the hotel is really comfortable, and the restaurant's cuisine is excellent. The rooms are spacious, with a strong wifi connection, and the vista is lovely. The absence of a window in the pool is a minor drawback. Because

We are a short distance from the lifts and ski rentals. This hotel has a pleasant staff. We were able to enjoy dinner and breakfast in this restaurant which are both excellent in their taste. But the health facilities are not good. The pool is not heated, the whirlpool was broken, and the heating and maintenance took a long time. I would recommend this place to you who don't want to live in a room that is modern and stylish.

Where to start…. Rooms: very cozy, well maintained. Bathroom quite small Lobby: Also very nice. There are several cookies and drinks available for free during the day Room service: quick, very clean! Restaurant service: the waitress just started her job after years in the room service. She was extremely motivated to give a great service but obviously never enjoyed a training. I would rate her five stars+. Here is the issue: kitchen is far to slow. Ot takes forever from first to second course and two out of four times, food was almost cold then. You don’t care about long waiting times in the restaurant: go there! Location is great, it is super clean and most importantly for us: enormously quiet!
