素晴らしいホテルでスタッフの方々が皆んな笑顔で話をしてくれ、対応が最高！サウナも60°と85°ともう一部屋はクロスだったが、サウナの広さ良かった！目の前の湖畔に水浴びするのが、最高！２月に行ったが２°の水温！浸かるだけで痛く感じたが、スワン3匹が出迎えてくれた！お部屋も清潔感あり、手作りクッキーとウェルカムメッセージも手書きで置いてあり感激した！何もかもパーフェクトだったが、日本人の観光客には、ハルシュタット湖畔より１、1キロ離れているので、一泊では、もったいないが、、行く価値あると思います。

Our vacation at the hotel was fantastic this weekend. We had room 15 for Easter. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and with a beautiful view, as they appear in the pictures. New or renovated. They look excellent. Both the employees and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We only had one dinner there. For the services they provide, I believe the costs are a little high. I did not enjoy the first dish on the Steiermenu's menu. Everything was covered in tomato sauce. The meal was excellent and fresh, but it wasn't outstanding. However, I enjoyed each dessert. Because everything is new and exceptional. But the ideas, particularly those for the main dishes, are occasionally unique. Although they are attempting to build something like a onestar Michelin restaurant, I still suggest it if you want to have a pleasant evening. Prepare yourself because the cost is high. The notion of a waitress serving a breakfast in the morning strikes me as appealing to me. However, I prefer croissants and sweet foods instead of cheese and ham in the morning. Because I don't have much choice about what to eat in the morning, despite the fact that I don't enjoy using them. The breakfast buffet wasn't big because the waitresses hand you three plates of different foods, instead, the buffet didn't really have any. I prefer serving myself, but I dislike croissants

I was in grundlsee with a friend for a long weekend. We arrived by train from bad australia and had arranged with the hotel staff to pick us up at the train station and take us to the hotel. When we got to the station, we were picked up by the chauffeurwearing receptionist. She was extremely kind and accommodating. Checking was extremely quick. The room faced the beach, exactly as we had requested. The room was quite large, resembled a suite, and the size was unexpectedly amazing. The breakfast was a mixture of a buffet consisting of fruit, bread, cereal, and table service eggs, drinks, muesli, cut fruits, freshlypressed fruit or vegetable juice, cheese, and coldcut coffee. The dinner menu had a variety of traditional syrische cuisine, their hotel specials, and fish dishes, either a la carte or a three or fourcourse meal. We tried the lamb back and deer back for our main courses, and both were excellent. For dessert, I ordered kalamansi sorbet the first time I tried it. It was very sour, like real kalamansi and tonk bean ice cream sweet and creamy, the perfect counterpoint to the salty sorbet. The next evening, we had a creamy dessert with a tart pear. Sadly

A wonderful room with a wall of floor-length windows that faces the Grundlsee. In the distance, we can observe ridges of snow. It's a soothing location to spend a few days. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic last night.

The hotel has a dining room, an inner terrace, and an outside terrace right by the lake. The service is attentive. The menu is adequate but not large. We tried char and pasta. The cuisine was exquisite but not impressive. The wine list was nice. Soft drinks were more limited. I wanted a coke but only red bull coke. Our coke drinker was disappointed. The property is owned by red bull we were there for lunch and did not try the room.

We liked the breakfast at this hotel, and we liked the fact that they serve good food and very tasty breakfast. The place is very close to the lake and they also offer a wide selection of rooms with lake views. The hotel furniture and decorations are very beautiful and relaxing. You really feel like home even on the outside. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful.
