At the end of the Ot Valley, Obergurglhochgurgl is a fantastic ski destination that I continue to visit. The height guarantees snow, and while it has never been a secret insider tip, the location is always open. I chose the top hotel this time, and it turned out to be a great option. A real skiinskiout location with a friendly and attentive staff and a great restaurant, I chose the half board option, which was nice. The Schneider family knows how to run a top hotel, and I am excited to return.

We had a wonderful lunch in this attractive Relais Château Hotel on a snowy day. The hotel dining room is very attractive as is the bar and reception area. Despite recent hardships, our objective in our evaluation is to share with everyone what an excellent job you've done. We wish you all the best, whatever the future you choose will bring for you. The entire team deserves our sincere gratitude. As is customary, a team is as weak as it is its weakest link. We observed effective management and quick attendance despite the fact that there were a few minor areas to discuss. What sets you all apart is your dedication, genuine concern, and friendliness at the same time. We are first-time visitors, and we're already anticipating a trip that says it all. While making an effort to get as many names as possible, the fact that we chose this hotel above other outstanding ones makes us feel welcome and care. I was really happy with my trip. My wife and I had been skiing for four days with my daughters, so I got back from this fantastic hotel. The staff is excellent and helpful. The spa facilities include an indoor pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, an outdoor hot pool with views of the slopes, and an indoor pool. And then, the atmosphere here was so comfortable, as the bar here was so welcoming. After that, there's a nice restaurant that served pizza. Subsequently, the service here was exceptional, the staff even more accommodating. Afterward, we received a lift pass in only a few minutes at the front desk. After that, ski hire was available on the ground floor in 10 minutes, and there was never a long line or wait. As a result, when you leave the front door, you're ready for the lift. Besides that, the room's luxury, big, and delicious, the environment was friendly.

The food was good quality. The housekeeping and the wonderful and kind staff. The overall hotel experience was not as planned or as usual as in previous years. Ringmaster was unqualified and gave incorrect information and recommendations concerning champagne. The cheese master was bored and uninterested, and he was just doing his job on a bored and uninterested schedule. We changed clothes on the last day in a tiny room that the three of us couldn't move around with, not appropriate for a 5-star hotel. In conclusion, we will not stay again because there are many hotels with much better service!.
