We really liked this hotel and really liked our stay at the Bergresort. The service was excellent as well as the breakfast. There's an outdoor hot whirlpool and heated pool at minus 10 degrees during snowfall or moonlight. I have tried a few things with the nachmittagsjause. You get a wonderful buffet with soup, cheese, sausages, a bakery, and pastry for only 11, and we didn't try the supper, but it looked interesting and varied. And what about werfenweng? Excellent scenery and a smart idea to introduce the concept of samovar. Vacationers arriving by train or transporting their cars to sleep during their stay in werfenweng get exclusive advantages. Using the samovar, transfers from Bischofshofen, pfarrwerfen, or weren train station to your accommodation in werfenweng, as well as many excursions or guided hikes are free of charge. You can take a free ride around the area, for example to the nearby city of Salzburg, or enjoy the winter scenery while snuggled up in warm blankets on a horsedrawn sleigh ride.

This was our first great trip after Corona. Travel charmed during the summer for the first time! And it was an excellent location for recovery, EROLUNG! Thanks to the people of Travel Charme Werfenweng for this holiday. We will be back! The Werfenweng area is a great place to walk and swim.

We had different hopes because we were ready for a full-day spa weekend. The welcoming check-in staff is a primary plus. Excellent experience. Although the rooms were fairly simple and unappealing, they truly felt more like a youth hostel than a wellness area. Especially unfortunate were the other visitors' fumes all over our room as we opened the balcony's window. We are not smoke eaters and are quite sensitive to this smell. The four coursemenue dinner, the food, and all of the plates appeared to have been stored outside so the cut meats dried out on the top, the mouse au chocolat had a driedout top, etc. The spa was excellent, but also spotless. That could be related to the fact that we are in transitional times and anything nice might have to be taken out. Extremely awkward and clinical. When we had decided to wait an early check-out, we weren't totally comfortable with that location. Yet, this place may be ideal for those who simply need a place to sleep in and want to go hiking all day rather than the full spa and wellness experience.

On a high mountain plateau, Bergresort offers stunning mountain views. The hotel is tastefully furnished and furnished with a blend of alpine and contemporary design that gives you a very contemporary look and feel. The hotel's personnel is amiable throughout. Our junior suite was roomy and bright with a comfortable atmosphere, had a large bathroom, and had a patio with fantastic mountain views. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style with a wide range of food options. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly but sometimes inconsiderate. There are frequently lines at different stations of the buffet, and there might be more service employees on hand to clear tables and make staff wait times for guests etc. In the evening, a restaurant of higher caliber offers a la carte service, great food, and a great selection of Austrian wines. The spa area is magnificent, with an indooroutdoor pool, a wide variety of saunas, and steam rooms. The view from the pool and the sauna is magnificent. We would have preferred a few more towels. Overall, a lovely hotel in a lovely location.

When we opened the balcony door, the room was too hot and stuffy. There was a party up until 2 am on the hotel terrace and there were many conversations on the balcony nearby. They didn't provide air conditioning in the room. It's good if you can keep it in order. We have dinner at stroblhaus. The service was kind and courteous, but the food was average.
