After a horrible experience at the white hotel and spa, I switched to Adobe Acrobat. The front desk clerk was helpful. The only thing I can say is that they don't provide basic room facilities like toiletries, kettles, and other amenities. Another disadvantage is their limited breakfast options, such as boiled, red omelettes, or traditional omelettes with sausage inside. Overall, they are in a good location, with easy access to bake city center.

The hotel was in an excellent position. Rooms are nice. But some of the employees were unfriendly. I assume this is more cultural than it sounds. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. As an example, someone would say yes once when I called the lobby. You walk by the lobby and the general manager will turn his face around. The hotel's facilities and response were excellent.

The Hotel is situated in the center of the old city and within walking distance to most historical attractions and the famous Targovi district, which is filled with restaurants and shopping. Room and bathroom were large enough well equipped with a comfortable bed and bench. Some standard amenities like an electric kettle and free teacoffee, shower cap, tooth brush, shaving kit, and tissue box were missing. Carpet was not clean, dust was visible over furniture and towels were not clean enough, so the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness. The ac and safe werent working properly, the room was too cold and we had to ask for service 3 times until they got it right. Breakfast was very basic with a limited variety and no self-service teacoffee. There was just one person serving guests at breakfast and the wait was long and the finished items on the breakfast table were not recharged. Hotel needs more staff for restaurant. The lift was small, terrace arcade works in the summer and was closed when we were there. One of the problems is that the hotel is inside a gated area and guards occasionally don't let outside vehicles enter so you have to walk from the gate to your hotel which can be difficult if you are with luggage or heavy stuff. We arrived at the airport on a rainy day and guards did not let the bus in and they had to drop us at the gate with all luggage and we had to call the

The hotel is in the old city bake and all the restaurants and mini markets are very close to it. The hotel is nice and the staff is also friendly. The room is fine and the wifi is very good.
