A wonderful stay, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant and lounge very cosy. The location is great right next to most of the ski lifts and there is a lift down into the ski hire shop. The service was what made this hotel such a great stay, especially when compared to the other larger hotels up the slopes

Good location all activites available at walking distance.. lots of food options too. Property is decent. But service can be improved a lot and breakfast options too. Good option to book of you are getting a deal around 100-120 $.. don't expect much in terms of in house service or amenities

Location was beautiful but when i requested for a room with a view the receptionist said its all the same view and i ended up viewing the parkin lot and a some scenery. When booked the The description said 'access to near by indoor pool' but the hotel responded no pool access Would like to get a clarity on it

Weather was very cool,although it was summer. Nature is very beautiful. There are lot of activities. Hotel personals are very friendly.

Great place to ski in and ski out. Bar inside outside is great. Rooms are spacious. It is missing pool and hot tub. Great value and breakfast is wonderful with mountain side views.

Overall it was good, while the prices at restaraunts are tremendously hot. After 5 pm there is only 1 restaraunt open, with limited meals, so you don't have any other options except driving for 10-15 mins to other hotels. No information provided during check in about services provided at hotel - like spa, kid's room. Normally such type of hotels have brochures with all required information.

Reception - guest management needs to be improved, only one person at the reception and several people in the line, had to wait almost an hour because of complex requirements (too conservative for 3-star hotel). Miscommunication over the phone on spa access, the reality was different, but quickly solved.
