Nice property, very clean , very convenient. However, some what on the pricey side. For instance breakfast for one would run $50.00 daily. Other than that will visit the island but just another resort with more night life. Great place for relaxation tho

Visited this property with my son. Very clean & well maintained property. At check-in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite in One Particular Harbor. Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was friendly & attentive & the food was delicious (& my son is a picky eater). Would definitely recommend this property to families with young children. My son is 13 & he had a great time (& so did I)!

We really enjoyed our stay! The facilities are very nice and we had a beautiful, complimentary upgraded room. The staff and valet were very nice. We enjoyed the adult pool as well. The location is very convenient if you want to be close to down town and a quick drive to Paradise Island. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships from our balcony.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There just weren’t enough staff to keep up with the cleaning for the number of people using the facilities. Front desk staff were great with all of our questions. The area around the resort closes down around 5-6 daily so the options for food outside, aren’t great.

This property consists of two separate buildings. One of them is hotel, and the other holds a fully furnished apartment (residence). I stayed in an ocean facing obe bedroom apartment. The apartment was very nice and clean. The good thing is that they clean the apartment daily up to at least 10 pm - which is excellent. The daily cleaning was fantastic. The one thing I did not like is that even though I was on the seventh floor, the piped music coming from the ground floor lawn was too loud - it could be heard from my seventh floor balcony. This is annoying because the music is continuously played from about 10 am to sunset. I called operator several times to lodge a complaint about the loud music. Nothing came out of it. I explicitly asked operator to have the hotel manager call me to talk about the sound issue. But nothing came out of that either. So yes, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Also, be aware that the check in time 4 pm (which they clearly publish, but nevertheless I found that too late /unreasonable). Otherwise, everything else was superb.
