I stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Heritage, and I had a wonderful experience. I truly loved the atmosphere in the lobby; it was very neat, clean, calm, and quiet. My hotel room was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view from my balcony. All of the staff members were very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the front office staff, Sajeda and Fardin. I would also like to specially mention Najrul Bhai, who was extremely helpful and kind. He arranged transportation for us to visit Inani Beach, and we truly enjoyed the trip a lot. Without his support and assistance, our experience would not have been as enjoyable. Thank you so much, Najrul Bhai, for your wonderful behavior and outstanding service. I truly appreciate all the efforts made by the hotel staff to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would love to visit again in the future, and I would highly recommend Best Western Heritage to everyone who is looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding service. Thank you once again for providing me with such a pleasant experience and beautiful memories. I sincerely appreciate it.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were delightful and quick to help. My room was well equipped for a business visit with good working space and wifi, as well as being comfortable, quiet and had a great view towards the beach and sea. I used the gym, ate breakfast and had coffee from the coffee bar - all very acceptable. It has my recommendation

The staff was great and the location isn’t bad, if you’re looking for something budget friendly and close to the beach, this is one of the options for you. The hotel itself is pretty old so room cleanliness was lacking, we had bugs all over our room, stains in the bathtub and the floors. The hotel food is pretty bad, I’d recommend eating out as it’s much cheaper and the food is better quality. Overall this place is a 2.5/5 in my opinion.

I made a reservation about a week prior my arrival, when I got to the hotel they had me sitting and waiting for several hours, they had no idea about my reservation even after me providing all that they ask for went as far as calling Expedia to had the talk to the staff at the hotel yet they still couldn’t figure out till the last minute when I was about to cancel the stay and book somewhere els, other they that my stay there was pleasant and don’t have any other complain, I would still prefer other top hotel in town , if you are looking for better service, accommodation was great non the less.

The room was dirty. The flash in the washroom didn’t work. The bathtub was stained. The lighting was so poor that it looked like a scene from horror movie.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, the room that I stayed in was below standard. The toilet bowl was very dirty, no way goes with Best Western standard. I asked the front desk, but they didn't change my room. In the washroom, shower place was not separate, so when we take shower, the whole washroom would become watery and wet. We also found a cockroach on our bed. I would never go back to this hotel.

The room I was booked in had an ant problem, I can see a trail going to a hole in the wall. The glass for the bathroom seemed kind of dirty. Only had 1 small towel provided when I entered. It was pretty spacious th- oh my goodness. Is that a blood stain on the wall? And on the pillow? The staff is really helpful and friendly though. They let me switch rooms and the second room was a bit better.

The worse hotel. Every day the shut down the elevator and on it for few hours. Also every day they shut down the electricity for 2-3 hours. I will never stay in that hotel
