This is a new hotel in the cops bazaar. This hotel is nice and clean. It is well decorated. The service needs to be improved as they are new. The staff is polite. This is a nice place to go on vacation with friends and family. The swimming pool is small. Swimming pool cleaning is required every year.

It was a fantastic experience at one of the best smart hotels grace cox. Their room layout and furniture selection were impressive and unique. We ordered lunch and dinner from their inhouse restaurant which was worthy and the behaviors of restaurant guests were so professional and welcoming. Its a fresh new hotel with new amenities and ideas, also affordable. The receptionist and other room services were satisfactory and reliable. In summary, anyone can choose grace cox to get the traditional 3 star hotel feel on a budget. In this amid covid 19, the free breakfast was offered in a room which was average. Notes for hotel management 1. The walls need half or yearly maintenance as it is brilliant white and the furniture is suggested to do mostly with bare wood lear polish. 2. Washroom tiles need to be cleaned regularly. 3. Pic tiles were found bumpy. Also, the floor mat near the bed was soiled.

I enjoyed my stay with my friends! First time at the cops bazaar! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional! The management was very helpful and nice! Very unique painting on the wall! Very nice! Highly recommended!
