We booked a normal room at Hotel71 and was told that they have upgraded us for free to a larger room. Room number 802 was large and had a good view. Staff was all friendly, polite and professional.

From the time of booking, I received nothing but excellent customer service from the Staff at the Hotel 71. Before I could even reach out and inquire about the property's airport transportation, the hotel emailed me for my arrival information. I used the hotel's airport transportation - and they were on time both picking me up and dropping me off. The staff was super friendly. Anytime I walked past any employee, I was greeted with smiles and kind words. The front desk was very helpful. They listened to my questions and provided me with appropriate answers, and made sure I was happy every single time. The room was clean—the only thing that really matters to me when staying at a hotel. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel was tasty. The views from the rooftop are wonderful. After my stay, the Manager reached out to me personally to inquire about my time at Hotel 71. The Staff genuinely care and want to continually improve in any way they can. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel , great value for the money. Their airport pickup service was excellent. Waited for me about 2 and half hour that I was held in immigration. Checkup at lobby was very easy and helpful.

The hotel is, probably, the best value for money you will find in Dhaka! Located a short tuktuk ride from all points of interest in the city, it is a safe and well cattered place. Breakfast was great. The best, though, is the staff! A group of kind and caring workers who were willing to help with anything needed. They speak English well and were very accommodating to all our requests. We would gladly stay here again and only wish we had found it earlier.

We spent Christmas 2017 and stayed at Hotel 71 for 3 nights, the facilities was all right, However all of the staffs in the restaurant, front desk and security officers ( I meant everyone there ) were so HELPFUL........!!! super helpful ...!!! They were trying their best to make sure that their guests could be safe and enjoy more. We had such a great time in Dhaka because we chose Hotel 71. Seriously, come and experience it, you will love them just like we did !!! Thanks to all staffs in Hotel 71 making our Dhaka trip so special, looking forward seeing you all again.
