I spent one night at the hotel with my family. I got friendly and helpful staff, very well-experienced and good service. But, one thing that I would like to add is that the cleanliness of the room should be more improved.

This hotel was recommended. I stayed for 2 weeks in September. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Another important thing is the peaceful rooms. The staff is really helpful and friendly and professional. I think I will stay here again if I return to snow

What a experience! Very good service, the staff felt like they were at home, the staff is very smart and well behaved, and they can speak good English. The room was clean and great, also the hotel restaurant had amazing food, they had a wide range of food which I liked. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

Because we were unable to locate a nearby apartment despite the fact that I had disliked it the previous time due to the cockroaches and poor service, we remained here once more. But this time, the apartment we reserved was on a different level and was a component of the hotel's facilities. The apartment was lovely, clean, fresh, and provided excellent service. I felt at ease. I kept imagining there might be cockroaches coming out of the kitchen or from behind the fridge, but there wasn't. Well, aside from the one in the food cupboard, my perspective was beautiful facing the front, and the staff was fantastic. I highly suggest staying here, maybe in one of the hotels apartments. I think I was on ith floor? Lovely apartment and excellent service.
