Overall excellent experience and enjoyable stay. Facilities - from Room (upgrade) to ‘Antalya’ dining, coffee shop and leisure were extremely good. Staff at all levels from MD to Reception, including Restaurant and Housekeeping were courteous, genuinely caring and professional.

My overall experience was excellent. I would like to thank the hotel staff on their impeccable service. They were professional, friendly and personal in their approach especially Mamun (captain bell boy) A Sultana and the reception staff. The security person at the main door was always helpful. Overall the staff were 5*.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very clean, furniture's were excellent. Plugs, switches, hot water, electrics - all worked. Breakfast was fantastic. But the best of all are some of their staff. I would like to mention two by name - Sadya at the reception was so kind and helpful. The GM was very friendy and professional and the biggest asset of the Hotel. I have recommended Noorjahan Hotel to all my friends and family. Even the the owner Dr Ahmed was very friendly and took time out to talk to guests.

Having previously stayed elsewhere in Sylhet I was invited a member of staff to try the Noorjahan Grand. I was not disappointed and my stay was enjoyable in all respects. Staff were helpful efficient and courteous, particularly the check in /reception team. Restaurant menu offered a varied good choice and the food was both well presented and tasty. Overall a good stay, good value for money but in future would prefer not to stay in the business single room - small and no natural light but was still very comfortable at the price!

Probably the best hotel room service in sylhet, I've visited few Hotel in Sylhet recently but NoorJahan Grand is the best one specially the room service, they cleaned my room every single day which very rear in Sylhet hotels now days. Thanks lads keep it up.

the noor jahan is in a prime location and was close to everything we needed. the rooftop restaurant, pool and ambiance was fantastic! however the rooms are a little run down and our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night with no mechanic available to fix it. other than that issue, we really did enjoy our stay.

My REVIEW will effects the guests who stayed untill 2021 . I stayed in 2021...and once I checked in this time... everything feels different...later I found out... MANAGEMENT has been changed . 2 points in here...NOT CLEAN and FOOD'S conditions simply UNEXCEPTIONABLE . I personally exchanged my point of views with reception and restaurant staffs...they all agreed and point theirs fingers towards NEW MANAGEMENT.
