Very clean and calm place to stay at ... I enjoyed every night there from breakfast service to the staff attending to my every need ... I will definitely stay there again and advise everyone to book a stay there you won't be disappointed.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. I did get a room upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Clean, very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for 2 nights, then we decided to extend the stay one day because of how much I enjoyed it. But I needed to stay one more night and found out about the prime park hotel that it's good value for money. I called to get a discount on my double room right away because they let me know if there was a discount so I happily booked it on a regular basis. Despite our proximity, they were kind enough to send us a car to pick us up. The receptionists were helpful and always willing to talk about things to do there. They always advised in line with our safety because they were two couples. The prime park personnel, I appreciate your kind hospitality. I appreciate it. They are amazing. My breakfast and the view from the oasis juice bar are great.

I booked through Hotels.com but they said they don't have any room left for me. Then they arranged a 5 star hotel for me without any extra cost. It's amazing to have such service from the hotel.

Staff is wonderful! Very friendly. Breakfast was very Asian, but there were eggs. My room, a royal suite, was HUGE. Problem with the area is that they were doing major work in the street out front making it difficult to get in and out (at times)

The best place to stay with your partner. Everything was perfect. Service staff were polite. 2 minutes walk from beach. The best thing was the arrangement of candlelight dinner. May be the next time it is even more enjoyable

This hotel's location is not good. It was far from the beach. I think this is very expensive compared to other nearby hotels. Certainly worth the price of a room with a couple. If I ask them to offer a room for 1500 to 200 Thai to 500 Thai tuk, then that's the best option, thank you.

We should strongly suggest it! A close friend of ours recommended a prime park for me and my wife. We searched it online and found a few positive online reviews. The hotel offers lovely lodgings, but my wife prefers to stay away from the noise and calm down to relax. Given the price we spent on lodging, there were more than 20 items that were of a high caliber. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The pickup truck was a lovely addition. You have a lovely old-fashioned seafood restaurant with a gorgeous mountain view.

The hotel staff and food is great. We had a pleasant stay. But it is in a terrible neighborhood. Far from the beach. The towels were super old and the bedding was 1 star.

Great location for the beach, restaurants all around, near bus station and complimentary airport run very welcome. However.....the noise! 2 night stay and incessant over loud music from one stall or restaurant very off putting (the early morning call to prayer and the fighting street dogs i could live with though)

It is a good place to be, but not great. The property itself is good and facilities are okay, staffs are great and helpful. The major issue for the hotel is its location (8-10 min walk from Shugandha point) and the conditions of the nearby street/block (open drainage right outside the hotel, disgusting smell, and noisy neighborhood). Other minor issues are: the breakfast is pretty ordinary, room service is not so great (faulty AC, battery-less clocks, etc), and the only elevator is switched off from midnight to 7 am!!!! (horrible!). Despite these issues, the overall experience wasn't that bad. FYI: We only stayed once for a couple of days; and some of the issues might be temporary, IDK, hope so.
