Behagelig atmosfære preget både av den uvanlig stille gaten sentralt plassert og selvsagt personalet. Vi fikk gode råd i resepsjonen av Ruben som i ett og alt sørget for alle detaljer som god timing med pickup transporten til og fra flyplassen med mer. Maten er super, rom reine og store. Favoritt!!!

The most friendly and welcoming hotel we have ever stayed at. I would recommend this hotel. It is in a safe and quiet area easy access to airport, shops, restaurants, etc. room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we rebooked and stayed again

One of the best hotels to stay in Dhaka. It is located in the secure Banani residential area making it a very safe place. The staff were the best we met, always smiling and extremely helpful. The front reception staff were all exceptional, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Very nice restaurant with good breakfast selection and ideal for lunch/dinner. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay at the hotel, we returned as we enjoyed our first stay so much and were so happy when we were offered a free upgrade of rooms when we checked in.

The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night.

The staff in every aspect of this hotel are amazing! Whether greeting at the door or hallway or completing a breakfast order, each staff member was friendly and quick-to-help. Breakfast was a great price and had a big variety of items to choose from, in addition to made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, or pancakes. The airport shuttle service was a huge help for our group. The bed was comfortable and, though the air conditioner didn’t seem to change temperature levels, it kept the room a cool retreat to come back to. I would definitely stay here again, top choice!

This hotel is ideally located within close proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and the very beautiful Banani Jamia Masjid which was about a 10min walk. The area is very clean and safe. The Hotel offer complementary airport pick-up and chargeable airport drop which was very handy. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist. The room and bathroom was completely spotlessly clean and the complementary juice and sweets made me feel very welcomed. The gym was overall quite well equipped, however, I would recommend they add a regular adjustable weight bench instead of the current one they have. I would likely stay again in the near future.

This is a pretty good mid-level hotel for one or two nights in Dhaka. We are a family of 4 and were looking for one room. The problem is that most 5-star hotels don't have a family room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 7 yrs old). Interestingly, this hotel has a queen-queen room, which can accommodate our needs. The beds are actually queen bed size, which is a plus. The rooms are a bit dated and our bathroom was quite small. The biggest issue was air conditioning unit noise. The unit itself was very old. The breakfast was reasonably ok with not much varieties. On the real positives, the services from the hotel staffs along with the airport pickup and drop-off, were top-notch. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Location was good and facilities were ok. Only problem was the air conditioner which made a bit too much noise. Best part of the stay was the service from the morning reception team Ripon, Chadni and Maisha who were really helpful with everything.
