So. If you’re a western traveller heading to Chittagong you’re probably trying for work out to stay at the peninsula or the Radisson. The peninsula is like an older ritz-Carlton property, (yes the mattresses could do with an update, but a firm and okay). The rooms on the smaller side are on par with a New York or London hotel, but perfectly functional. The service and food are exceptional. It’s a nice 3* room with 5* service. (The Radisson is a 4* room with 3* service - I’ve stayed at both.) I’ll pick the peninsula every day.

I had the best hotel experience in my life. I have been in many top hotels in the world but this is the most unique and extraordinary. They greet you like a family member and make you feel comfortable and important. The room is clean, food is excellent. Overall it gives you a human touch that you do not see in many places. Located in heart of the city. They are helpful in every possible ways. I will go back there in a heartbeat.

The assistant lobby manager and entire staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and water pressure at the bathroom was great. Enjoyed my stay. (Complimentary) Breakfast was not as good and needs improvement. Overall very pleased.

The hotel is situated in a practical area of Chittagong and offers extremely good services, great breakfast and good food in the restaurant on the top floor, where there is a very useful swimming pool. . Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff. The only complaint could be related to the high cost of alcohol ( 15 euro for a glass of wine is really too much also in Bangladesh)

I am very much delighted with my recent stay at The Peninsula Chittagong. We arrived at around 4:15pm. Upon arrival at the check in counter, we were greeted by a very pleasant hotel staff by the name of Sanjida. She was really kind to have a chat with us and assisted our check-in process. It was smooth and she even go beyond the miles by assisting us in allowing us to pay for extra bed into our rooms as our group consisted of 6 persons (3 men + 3 women) so that we are able to stay in 2 rooms as two group of 3. We were very happy with the warm welcome and the speed of the check in as it was seamless and very much engaging. Thank you for the hospitality. The room is comfortable, the amenities are as per advertise, breakfast selections are good. The hotel is strategically located in the central of the city of Chittagong, making it a very convenient and most accessible in the city to almost anywhere. Overall we are very delighted with our choice of hotel to stay for the night. Definitely we will recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting Chittagong. Keep the hospitality warm and we wish the hotel to keep with their helpful & receptive staff.

Relación calidad precio excelente. El personal es muy atento, el bufet del desayuno muy amplio y de calidad, las habitaciones grandes, limpias y modernas: impecable el hotel. Recomendable cien por cien. El único pero (ampliable a todo Babgladesh) es el desmesurado e irracional uso del aire acondicionado. Se llega a pasar frío.

It was a very pleasant stay with great service and honest staff. I had forgotten my passport, DSLR camera, and American dollars in the safe in the closet and forgotten all about it. As I was meeting with folks in the lobby after having checked out, a staff member approached me with the good news...the cleaning staff had found my lost items, which was soon returned to me.
