0. One free parking spot is guaranteed with the booking. Additional spots are available for 15 euros per spot per night.
1. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors and refrain from being too loud between 00h-08h. That means no loud music through out the property and avoid from talking / yelling loudly inside the game room and in the terrace. There are two decible-monitors in the property. Please keep the internal noise not consistently exceeding80 dB (the noise level of a loud food blender) between 00-08h, particularly in the game room. There are other areas in the house where you can make more noise but not the game room / terrace.
2. *Important* If you are considering booking more than 1-2 nights - i would encourage you to contact me first. We can discuss the rates and your special requirements and I am open to offering a discount depending on the duration of your stay.
3a *Important* Absolutely NO WILD PARTIES or unauthorized guests at the apartment. VIOLATION / POLICE VISIT = AUTOMATIC cancellation without refund! However, reasonable evenings between friends are encouraged. Please simply be civilized.
3b. NO FILMING unless expressly authorized!! agoda is for private stay ONLY therefore if you want to film for commercial purposes you need to ask for my consent before you film in my private property
4.*Important* 24/7 security cameras are present in the common part of the property (at the main entrance and in the corridors). A noise detector "MINUT' (approved by agoda) is present inside the listing. It detects the Decibel level inside the listing but does not record any of the audio.
5. You must fill the Jacuzzi completely and cover all the side jets before activating it. Failure to do so will result in water damages around the property.
6. Guests are asked to exercise extra care when using the jacuzzi. Specifically, guests must take extra precaution against risks of drowning, hot water and electricity. Guests are asked to read through the printed instructions provided upon arrival and are encouraged to ask any questions if there is any difficulties operating the jacuzzi.
8. We provide free waffles / cakes as breakfast ! They are located in the cabinet in the hallway on the ground floor.
9. There are apartments located in a house on different floors without an elevator. Therefore you must be able to carry your luggages up the stairs.
10. No smoking inside the apartment. You may only smoke in the terrace or the balconies, or outside the building
11. agoda will only allow booking up to 16 people. If you are more than 16, then this property is for you, as we can comfortably welcome up to 40 people. Additional guests are 30 euros per person per night after the 16th
