In a beautiful street of answer, we can experience a very comfortable and friendly stay at Kava Bed and Breakfast. Three rooms very big and nicely decorated. The owner was very warmly welcomed, recommending a great Belgian restaurant at the end of the street. Quiet place, comfy bed, great breakfast.

The wifi works well. The place was quiet and clean and the room was comfortable. And the location was near the bar. The manager told me to not abuse this service. They have a good selection of local beer, but he did not provide the card information, only cash.

We stayed in the room Arne Jacobs, a large grd floor room without an elevator. Interesting decor but no real toilet door the only drawback to the room. But really, a lovely room, lovely house, run by lovely people. Given that this is a little out of town, it's well worth trying if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of heir answers main shopping drag. Continental breakfast was very satisfying and plentiful. This be is good value. As a bonus, the pompadour restaurant at the end of the road serves a mean Belgian meal and beer, so you're not too far to go to get some good quality refreshment.

This place is very strategic. This hotel is close to the bus and tram. The hotel has a seating area. The room is very large and has a white bathroom with a view from the room so that is not convenient for daily life. They will also play football in the morning. However, the children's noise is quite a bit, even if they are not used to that noise, but overall, it's a great value.

Beautiful and cozy home in a peaceful neighborhood. I reserved a room on the third and highest level. I was glad the proprietor of kava offered to carry my suitcase up the numerous steps of the wooden staircase because I had a very heavy suitcase. I was in the Charles Ray Edwards, a third-floor house. Be careful, if you want to reserve this room, the toilet and shower are integrated into the room. So, if you're seeking some privacy while doing your business, you better book a different room. I didn't mind because I was residing here alone. The room was lovely, with wooden floors, and the shower was excellent. Everything was spotless and cozy. I also enjoyed the lovely breakfast on the second level. The view was beautiful, but the consideration the host took in preparing my meal was even nicer. I always enjoy a great breakfast, and the little sunny side up egg was excellent. Because the other guests at be got their breakfast extremely early and my room was near to the breakfast area, I was a little early for my liking. When you make a reservation for your room, you should take several considerations.
