The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful but could definitely use another pair of hands to help them. I was so tired from travel that Ileft my passport at the checkin desk and they discreetly returned it. The breakfast was delicious with lots of hot options which was very nice. We stayed on the family room side and the space was big for us. The elevator was down when we got there but a very sweet man helped us carry the luggage. There are some steps but nothing outrageous. We got a room with a balcony to the street and its amazing to see the city come to life at night. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to sleep but no noise made into the room. Its also ideally situated and within walking distance from the train, busses and lots of food options. I hope I get a chance to return. ❤️

Bunun dışında her şey harikaydı

Hotel incrivelmente lindo! Bem no centrinho, conseguimos fazer tudo caminhando, localização maravilhosa.

We were able to check in early on a Sunday which was amazing. Triple room is separate to main hotel building, which was really nice and private.
