I would definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all employees at this hotel who were very kind and did their best to help us with our needs, especially our work, the location is central for all the restaurants, offices, and sightseeing, and their rooms are very large and have a 5 star feel even though this hotel is named. If you use the gym, I would say it's suitable with branded gym equipment.

As part of a eurostar package, we stayed at the amigo for three nights. The hotel's position is ideal because it is near a wide variety of excellent eateries and pubs. The concierge recommended several of the places we went to, and each one did a terrific job. The central station is only 10 minutes away, and the grand location is a three-minute walk away. While we were able to secure a seat, the train was extremely busy throughout the one-day trip to Brüges. The hotel is, unexpectedly, a lot of business travelers use it, but it does not detract from the service, although the excellent breakfast can feel a little like a business conference. The turn-down service was excellent, but despite the fact that there was no Belgian chocolate on the pillow, rather a face mask that addressed the appearance of aging. We had a lovely visit, and we would entireheartedly suggest the hotel.

After long flights, I was really anxious to return to the hotel. The contrary left me unimpressed. First, American Express picked up me up from the airport. They never showed up. The front desk was shady. I arrived with the understanding that check-in would be at four in the morning. I had to just look for a place to change my shoes. The front desk clerk did not offer good service. And she was upset that I had arrived early. What a difference between the Addison Blue hotel in Nairobi, where the customer service was outstanding. I was coming to visit for two weeks and spend one night at the amigo. The accommodations, concierge, and service are excellent. The hotel, however, demanded to read every expense when they gave you the bill. I told them I preferred to read it myself. The pick-up from the airport never occurred to me. They asked me to wait for the car to arrive? I told them that if a service has to be requested, the vehicle must be there. Additionally, I arrived with my luggage and had 45 minutes from when I got there until I left the luggage compartment. Finally, I asked them to include breakfast on my bill before I checked out. The woman asked my room when I went to the restaurant. I showed her because I already paid for the brunch, she assured me. Again, a unfriendly, rude host. My time at this

The AMIGO is conveniently situated so you can stroll to museums and eat. We stayed for two nights, and our suite had a low floor that faced other buildings, which required a dark room for privacy. Everything in the room was working, and the bed was very comfortable. A great team at the AMIGO will make you feel welcome and take advantage of its vip services.

I've stayed at the amigo several times, it's my favorite hotel in Brussels, but this is my first return since Couid. The public spaces, rooms, and general service have all remained excellent, but not much has changed. And, it is in an excellent position. However, there have been some changes to the breakfast that weren't excellent. Eggs, bacon, and sausage were once available as part of the buffet, but those items have been removed, and you have to order and pay for them separately. Additionally, they do not replenish food that has disappeared from the buffet, such as fruit, rolls, and rolls don't bring new fruit or rolls out when fruit or rolls are almost gone. In order to get everything you want from the buffet, you must arrive for breakfast early. They also closed the buffet well in advance of the proclaimed end time I arrived at 1030 and was told it closes at 11, but they started clearing it at 1040. Also, the fitness center, which is tiny and full of equipment, is woefully inadequate for a five-star hotel. Having said that, I would still only spend my time at the amigo in Brussels.
