For my partners, we stayed here, and we were pleasantly surprised. We were made to feel very welcomed and the service was overall excellent, particularly the woman who was at breakfast, who was absolutely lovely! With a log fireplace, a few sofas, and stylish armchairs, the hotel foyer is incredibly welcoming and welcoming. The executive suite we stayed in was quite spacious and resembled a 10 downing street hotel, with all the necessary amenities and luxurious goods such as claim soaps and shampoos. However, some real fruit and flowers in the fruit bowls than plastic, and real flowers, are what could be improved. It would give the suite a little more opulent. It now seemed a little posh. Why is there no coffee maker in the suite, perhaps, is more important? I'm unable to give full praise, I'm afraid. Everything is accessible on foot from the hotel, which is situated in a central location. Parking is available at the back of the building with ample space for 15 euros per night if you enter by car. The restaurant's cuisine seemed lovely and elegantly adorned, although we didn't have a chance to sample it all out. We did go to the trendy cocktail bar, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff was friendly and smiling. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are nice. I ordered dinner at the brewery without making a reservation and I must say the service was amazing, especially the curly haired woman who I asked to propose what to eat. And the filet was really delicious too. Congrats! I will definitely be back!.

We needed to stay a few nights because we were traveling to Kortrijk for business. I checked the hotel on the internet after learning of the hotel damper. I knew they had a private parking area, which is convenient in a city. I therefore made a reservation for the room. So, I selected an executive suite so we could work and live in. We arrived early to walk in kortrijk, prior to our work appointment. We arrived at the private parking area. The gate was opened as soon as I verified myself. The room was exceptionally big, with a living area, a desk, and a big sleeping area, as well as a large bathroom. A second toilet was in the living area, which was quite handy. The menu is simple yet excellent. As a starter, we chose shrimp croquettes and a main course, as a tartar of tuna, steak, and pheasant. Everything was available in a comfortable room. All egg dishes are prepared to order, which is ok because everything was freshly cooked and served quickly. A lovely city hotel with highly competent personnel which merits its four stars. This is a charming hotel in the city with very professional staff, which is merits four stars. We stayed in a room without a view, as a city hotel, but that made the room very quiet and had no street noise.

The place was close to the kortrijk Grand Place. We had booked a suite and an executive room at this hotel several months before our arrival. We arrived on Friday and left on Thursday after that and came back on Thursday for a second stay until Saturday following that. All things were confirmed by email and phone with the reception. When we arrived that Friday to check in, the receptionist said he was sorry but that the hotel would be closed on Monday and Tuesday due to lack of activity, and we had to leave on Sunday. Its amazing that a fourstar hotel wouldnt be open to accommodate visitors. So we dialed another fourstar hotel in Kortrijk just around the corner. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thus, while we were here, we made no reservations at damper and not just at the restaurant table. You cant be sure if the hotel will open on arrival by making reservations at the hotel, so avoid that place that claims to be a hotel.
