The hotel is across the street from Brussels Nord station and I had a room which overlooked the trains coming in and out of the station, which I enjoyed but may not be to everyone's taste. Brussels Nord is the grungiest area of Brussels but the hotel is really safe and convenient for the station. The price was very good for the quality of the hotel.

J'ai passé un moment agréable. Le seul bémol, c'est le bruit des trains vu que l’Hôtel est juste à coté de la Gare du Nord. Mais ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, vu que je sortais le matin pour le travail et ne revenait que dans la nuit.

Adorei o hotel, porém está localizadoem uma região parcialmente perigosa, ao seu lado direito. No entanto, o lado esquerdo é bem tranquilo! Muito confortável! Adoramos!

I traveled for work and had a great experience. I greatly appreciated that the concierge was able to check me in when I arrived several hours early. I also recommend the delicious breakfast!

The hotel offers affordable prices, and there is a nearby mosque market. However, the location is not ideal, especially at night for families. The minibar lacks ice, making the room not up to par. Overall, it was ok experience.

Sambutannya cukup bagus, mungkin lebih baik berbicara sedikit bahasa Inggris tergantung pada resepsionis yang Anda temui. Kamar hotelnya luas, cukup tenang dan kamar mandinya sangat besar! Saya bahkan terkejut menemukan bak mandi di sana.

This place is easily accessible by train or metro, and the service is excellent. However, be cautious when entering the nord neighborhood.

This place is far superior to the 3.3 average rating. The bed is comfortable, the bathtub is clean, and the receptionist is friendly. Nice view and reasonable price. Very convenient when arriving and departing from Brussels north station by train or intercity bus. Furniture looks a bit old. Toilet needs professional deep cleaning. And the door of the room could be more soundproof. In the bedroom there were still energywasting old light bulbs that should be replaced with energy efficient led lights.

The rooms were comfortable and welldesigned, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, making it a topnotch place to stay. I highly recommend it for sluggish and enjoyable getaway.

The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.
