La hall è stata appena ristrutturata, il resto del palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione ed una volta finito a mio avviso sarà bellissimo. La posizione è ottima, pieno centro vicino di tutto, ristoranti, negozi, metro, supermercati, ecc. Le stanze sono molto ampie ma come detto necessità di ammodernamento, letti un pò vecchi ma con materassi e cuscini nuovi. finestre nuove ma arredi e bagno da rivedere. Pulizia e gentilezza del personale

For Madrid and where I was the price was very good. The room was very basic but clean and had everything I needed very central lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.

Bien placé, l'hotel est proche de restaurants et de supérettes. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie agréable. Un petit bémol pour le bruit de la rue qui est tres présent même si des bouchons d'oreilles sont fournis. Chambre tres bien pour un court séjour.

The lady receptionist was wonderful! She spent ages writing out recommendations on a post it note for us, for the best fries, best waffles, best bars and restaurants! The hotel was secure and safe and in a prime location to everything, central station and cathedral was 15 min walk! The room was very basic, the door had a gap in, the bathroom door is glass so you have to be comfortable with whoever you’re staying with and you could hear EVERYTHING in the other rooms… From peoples conversations to plugging in the walls to peoples phones vibrating! Despite this, I would stay again!

Excelente atención al cliente cuando estaba el Personal, sólo contestan el teléfono para Atención, ya que no están 24 horas en Recepcion, en mi caso era complicado ya que mi plan de datos sólo permitía llamadas por WhatsApp, les mandé un correo que aparece en su página para avisar que iba a llegar tarde porque nos cambió el vuelo la aerolínea, y afortunadamente cuando llegamos nos abrió otra persona y pudimos dormir en los sillones y en el piso de la Recepcion el primer día

Impossible de joindre l’hôtel par téléphone (numéro non attribué) communication avec une IA pour demander une arrivée tardive (avion retardé) heureusement nous sommes arrivées un tout petit peu avant 23h. Personnel d’accueil ne parle pas français (difficile de communiquer ! Nous sommes dans une ville francophone pourtant). Sinon chambre acceptable malgré l’odeur d’égout dans l’escalier (la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur l’escalier et non dehors). Salle de bains très moyenne (parquet tout mou ! Certainement imbibé d’eau). Literie très inconfortable !!!

Hotel was nice itself, room was big and clean. Great location, close to the bars and attractions. The walls are paper thin so everything can be heard. It very close to a church/chapel so we were woken early everyday. We could hear people walking past and people in the other rooms in the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel for what we paid.

You get what you pay for… 3 am the people above us was banging around and had a shower we could hear everything. Next door had a shower went to the toilet we could hear it. People in the corridor talking we could hear it! It was so noisy I was exhausted by the end and didn’t feel rested.

The hotel bed was terrible—extremely uncomfortable. It made noise constantly; every time I moved or turned from side to side, it creaked loudly. The bathroom also had a horrible smell of sewage.
