We had a pleasant time and expect to return. This hotel is close to the beach and is close to the city center. The proprietors are really welcoming and cordial. We had a small room and it was a little difficult for me to walk around the foot of the bed because there was a little table I had to pass by with 12 seats. Due to the limited room, there were about 20 of them placed high on the walls above, nearly touching the ceiling. The room was tidy, with a closet and plenty of shelves for our belongings. A small balcony was accessible from two lovely floortoceiling windows. The street outside the hotel is extremely busy, but with the windows closed, the sounds werent detectable. The internet seemed to be entering and exiting while it wasnt completely safe. You shouldnt attempt to stream or use the internet to accomplish anything you need. Breakfast included excellent scrambled and hardboiled eggs, diverse deli meats and cheeses, a variety of rollsbread and spreads, yogurt, and three different kinds of juice, the orange was excellent. They had a coffee maker with regular, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Even bottled water was available. They did an excellent job! ICE cubes are available from the bar. Just check with the nice people at the front desk.

We have stayed at the Richmond hotel in Blankenberg twice. It is centrally located, ideal for the shops, bars, restaurants, the market, and the beach. There is offsite parking at the school at the bottom of the street or in a nearby car park for euros per day. Although situated at the junction of two roads, the hotel is clean and relatively quiet. Nearby are two tram stops. Finding your way to it can be challenging due to constantly changing one-way systems. The rooms are bright and airy, with all amenities. All throughout the hotel offers free wifi. Breakfast is adequate, with a limited selection of hot and cold choices. Fruit juice, fresh fruit tea and coffee, as well as a nice selection of bread and rolls.

Nice 3 hotel close to the beach. Although a bit old. Room a little bit too small to walk to the bathroom. I advise you to take the table and chairs out, it's too much. Everything needs a little makeover. The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast.

I stayed here for a one-night stay on my trip to Belgium. Very central hotel in the lovely town of Blankenberge with a long sandy beach, lots of shops and restaurants. Also very close to Send and Bridge. There is no car park, so you can park on the street or in a private parking lot that is located just up the road with lots of space. We had a room with a new style, quite spacious and facing the street but quiet, with a very lovely bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I stayed with friends for 5 nights and the service of the hotel staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The rooms are very small but very clean. Great base for traveling around Belgium with easy access to trams and trains. Will come back.
