The hotel is located in a great area and just steps from the picturesque city center, so there is a lot going on both during the day and during the night. Bed and pillows were comfy, and the room was extremely quiet, so the quality of sleeping was good. Room 405 was rather outdated. The shower head was broken, so it was the iron. The furniture was also worn and chipped corners could be seen everywhere. The righthand side bedside table drawer was broken, as was the door to the desk drawer. The network plug was pushed through the socket and left a hole in the switch panel. The bathroom tab has rust on the side. The room does not have usb connection, but chargers are available for €15 at the reception. We didn't get breakfast but that was also €25. Cleaning was also quite bad. It is worth considering that there was something under the righthand side bedside table that I am ready to bet is still there. The room has a kettle with tea and instant cafe, but there is no water. You can buy water at the reception but there is a huge €9 service charge and to get your order delivered to your room in a matter of minutes. Last but not least, parking is totally overpriced. Just booking a parking lot costs 15 euros and costs 40 euros daily. We finally spent 2 days in total at the closest indoor parking lot about

The food here was delicious. The service was good. And then, the atmosphere was amazing. After that, the employees here were very pleasant. After that, the steaks were amazing and perfectly cooked when we had dinner there. Subsequently, we got a beautiful canal view room.

I stayed at r 329 and recommend it. The distance to the tram station is just two minutes away and the breakfast was tasty and incredibly smooth. The gym is definitely too small but the front desk gave me great advice for the exercise outside.

The hotel is in a great position, the location is strategic. The family room is a nice size with lots of storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty high. This hotel was more of an American hotel than just a European hotel.
