Excellent hotel. When my family and i return to be in Brussels, ill make sure to stay again. We arrived at the hotel early, but the rooms were ready for us to check in. The bathroom and bedroom were both modern, spotless, and quite cozy. My mother could make tea in the evening because the hotels personnel even provided us with free hot milk on request. Excellent service. Im so perplexed by the recent evaluations of the motels noise level and cleanliness. Although the neighborhood is vibrant and right next to one of Brussels main shopping districts, this is just a positive aspect for me. And the entire hotel, from the lobby to the accommodations, was immaculate.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and only a 5minute walk from the metro. It is situated in upscale, trendy neighborhood. If you enjoy being quiet at night and hope your neighbors are quiet, otherwise, youll hear almost everything happening around your room and floor.

The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are small but clean overall. There is some nice toeletry available to guests. I cant judge the breakfast because i didnt have it there. The staff is friendly. Checkin and checkout are smooth and easy.

Its a decent hotel. Cleanliness is good, friendly staff and reasonable prices in relation to what you get out of it. Rooms can be tastiest. It isnt the latest and definitely needs remodeled soon, but i fear that the price will increase too.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, louise. Everything is fine. Although a little small, the rooms are clean and modern. Nice 3 breakfast. The only thing that i didnt like was that you could only open the room partially through the window. Not advised for people who are claustrophobic.

The three stars, in my opinion, perfectly sum up the hotel. Its okay, no more, nothing less. When you enter, it does appear a little dark, and at least my room could have had gotten softer beds. They do offer complimentary instant coffee, at most if you give me ten treats, which is fine.

I stayed here for two nights. I received a free upgrade to the suite. The room is big enough for three people. However, the bathroom is tinier. With easy access to shops, restaurants, and trams, this hotel is conveniently located near everything.

The best location in Brussels, within walking distance of all major city attractions. Extremely helpful staff we had to cancel our prepaid, nonrefundable stay due to a family emergency and instead of staying three nights we were able to stay just one. Management accepted to fully refund our unpaid nights and we received them in just ten days. They even gave back to us the tax fees. This was very appreciated and im looking forward to visiting the hotel again.

The building is ancient and has not recently undergone renovations. Although the room was small, it was adequate for a business trip. It appears to be clean, but i dont think so because the structure is old. As is customary in Brussels for breakfast, there isnt much variety. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short stroll from the underground louise and all the charming shops in the heart of Brussels. Ive stayed at the hotel twice last month, both in 2001 and last year. Not much has changed. The receptionists are friendly. Breakfast is adequate.

The location was good, there was a little noise from the tram driving past but that was expected. The room and bathroom were clean, however, the shower door had leaking which caused the floor to get soaked wet. People were very polite and helpful. I had an amazing stay!.

The hotel is decent and standard. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and has excellent public transportation connections. The staff was very kind and spoke several languages. I was impressed with the room size and comfort, as well as the breakfast which was quite complete.

The rooms were small but adequate. The shower head was broken but functional. We had shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Window was difficult to open but repairmen came to help. Breakfast was excellent, service super.

Good location, good staff especially reception. However, the staff at breakfast part were not nice. They ignored clients trying to find a seat. Some smoked in non smoking area and did nothing. The room is nice

This hotel is located in the middle of the city of louisa. The staff is very friendly and willing to give information. They have a clean and wellfurnished room. And then, the price is worth it with the good quality. After that, they provide deluxe amenities. Subsequently, their cleanliness was good.
