Very nice hotel in a great location in Brugge. Slight negative is that the air con wasn't great but the staff was very helpful and sorted it for us. Also a few mosquitos in the room, dont know where they came from but after I killed them all good. Hotel amenities excellent with fridge in room. Cold water fountains in corridor. Overall a very nice Novotel hotel.

Our stay at Novotel was excellent! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms and the food was delicious. My kids loved the pool! The location is fantastic—it’s only about a 4-minute walk to a laundromat and just a few minutes walk from the central market area, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The smell of chocolate and waffles never stops! Whether you’re traveling solo, with family and children, or with friends, this is a perfect hotel to stay at. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Meine Fragen wurden beantwortet. Kostenloses Wasser über Wasserspender. Lage war sehr gut: zum Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof. Dab Frühstück haben nicht in Anspruch grnommen, da wir gerne immer außerhalb frühstücken. Es gibt ein beheizten Pool!
