Dirty bed sheets smelt of unwashed dirty hair. Reported it same night we were there but they said they will come next day to change it. Washed it in the washing machine instead. Used a whole pack of dettol wipes for the floor but it was still black. Son got bitten all over. Check under the mattress cover of the bed if you do intend to book. You will be grossed out and shocked. Wasting my energy to post this since I stayed only 2 nights but spare yourself this grotesque place

LAUNDRY: Under the kitchen sink, there will be pods for laundry. If you need additional pods, feel free to reach out to us. TRASH: Take the elevator to Floor -1, there are buckets directly opposite of the elevator for trash. Please be sure the garbage is in a trash bag. Trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. If extra are required, feel free to reach out to us.

KEYS: Please be sure to take the key with you when leaving the apartment as the door locks automatically. If the key is lost there is a 150€ fee. PACKAGES: You may have packages sent to you during your stay. Just let us know and we will provide the mailbox key for you.

POLICIES: NO SMOKING in the apartment, a smoking fee of 250€ will be charged if this is violated. We appreciate you abiding by our NO LOUD NOISE POLICY and NO PARTY Policy as such action will result in a forced eviction.

TV: Please note that our televisions are Smart TVs. There are hundreds of free internet channels including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. If you want to subscribe to other specific channels, it will be an additional charge. Be sure the TV is connected to the Wifi is any connection issues arise.

Maid Service: There is no daily maid service provided unless you have made special arrangements prior to your arrival. We provide a one-time cleaning service on the day of departure (check-out). If you would like to have cleaning service, we can arrange for 75€ per cleaning.

Check out is at 11am. If you would like to extend, please let us know as soon as possible and we can do our best to accommodate you. Please be sure to collect any trash and place it in the trash bags that have been provided, located under the kitchen sink. Please place the keys back in the lockbox where you collected them and send us a quick photo to us at europe@oneluxstay.com *Please include your name and unit number with the email.
Any lost keys will incur a fee of 150€
