This hotel just provides a bed and a washroom. So, I was not expecting much. However, they can improve their level of cleanliness. There was no elevator but that’s something they cannot fix. Overall, this hotel was ok. I would suggest them to improve their level of cleanliness.

Great location. Only problem is the hotel does not have elevators to go into the rooms and to check in. Its very difficult to go up stairs with luggages. I mean like 3-4 floors on narrow stairs

Basic but clean and quiet; friendly staff! Excellent location for public transport and food (carrefour supermarket, kebab shops). Downside: no elevator but narrow and steep staircase - not a deal breaker though.

This hotel has some clear advantages, mainly the price, the internet reliability and the location. I often have to make quick short trips to Brussels and this is always in consideration because the airbnbs in this area (rogier) are way more expensive. There are some downsides; it's located on a busy street so if you get a room facing the street you'll hear sirens, car horns and general traffic noises, this doesn't bother me. Another downside is that some rooms really really smell like cigarettes depite being cleaned. So if you are sensitive to that smell then weigh your options. The last disadvantage is that its an older building, the rooms have noticeable wear and tear. Overall however it an affordable hotel that is really close to everything you need.

War ok aber mir waren folgende Dinge aufgefallen: - es gab keinen Raum für die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Unsere Taschen standen im Flur bis der CheckIn möglich war. - im Empfangsbereich gab eine keine Toilette, nur im Hotelzimmer selbst - eine Lobby gab es nicht - die Dusche hatte zwar einen Duschkopf, jedoch keine Halterung - das Badezimmer verfügte über 2 Türen: Eine zum Schlafzimmer, die andere zum Flur. Die zweite Tür war abgeschlossen, jedoch konnte man dennoch vorbeilaufende Hotelgäste hören und ihre Schatten durch den Türschlitz sehen. Etwas unangenehm. - unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und von anderen Hotelzimmern konnte bei uns reingeschaut werden. Dementsprechend haben wir die Gardinen immer geschlossen gehabt

It was pleasant but with some minor issues… no elevator- hard to manage luggage up the stairs, 1 bathroom light not working- reported but not fixed The sleeping area was big and the bed was very comfortable. Few meters from metro station and within walking distance to mayor attractions

c'est un bon hôtel pour un transit entre deux correspondance. Le parking public est pas loin et plein de possibilité pour se restaurer. Attention, l'avenue principale est très bruyante et les chambres sont plutôt bien isolé
