Central location, clean and well-designed rooms. Easy self-check-in process. Highly recommended!

I was stayed there for the second time. Still clean and functional, but I noticed a decrease in service (no coffee capsules for the coffee machine, dirty plates not replaced, and very cheap/bad shampoo).

The location is extremely close to all beautiful attractions. Walking distance to malls and historical places; chocolate shops. The stairs are so sharp and our room was on 4 th floor. I made a booking almost 1 month ahead and I am almost 60 years old. I asked them to give us a lower level room. No availability. And the toilet was outside. Make sure you don’t get the 4 th level.

Very appealing interior decor. Excellent bathroom. Great place for a morning coffee and pastry nearby. Only complaint is the stairwell being quite steep and awkward with large luggage.

Small cosy room, lovely shower however, you could hear everyone else in their rooms, the stairs are black and the automatic lights did not come one straight away which meant you could not see your footing which is dangerous. Advertised on Google as bed and breakfast but only kettle available, teabags, coffee and biscuits available but no milk. No staff in the property apart from cleaners at certain times. Completely self check in, keyless property which was very handy. Although it is not the properties fault the nearest metro stop was covered in used needles and people using drugs at the station which is something to be cautious about if travelling alone/with children. Very close to the Christmas markets, and in a quieter area

The stairs were too narrow, making it difficult to get up and down carrying luggage. The stairs were also made out of wood which amplified every footstep. There is some kind of venue next door which was playing loud music, and attracting large groups of people to gather on the street until the early hours. Apart from that it was a nice place to stay. Close to the city centre, public transport and shops. The room was lovely, with a comfy bed and the facilities made it possible to do self catering to a fashion.
