The Bob is very nice, and the rooms are contemporary in style, and the beds are excellent. The staff is very welcoming and helpful in providing information about the city, where to find stores, and other things. The included breakfast is superior to others. It is simpler to move around from there. The only problem I have is that the rooms are directly above the cafebarrestaurant. I couldn't fall asleep unless I used earplugs. So if you can, find a room in the top level.

Very good and cozy place. The service from the hosts is very good. Great location close to the city center. 2 minute walk from Sintbaafskathedraal and 5 minute from Gravensteen. We suggest this place. The breakfast here is very amazing.

I spent five nights in room 1, which I was in while going to a meeting. A lovely little cafe that is a stone's throw from the old town is where this I come in. The train station was a 10-minute taxi ride away. The check-in process was simple and quick. I remained in a reasonably-sized room with a lovely view. Nice furniture, high ceilings. I could hear the cafes patrons on certain nights, but it wasn't particularly loud. It added to the experience, but if you are one of the types who can't sleep in absolute silence, be warned. The stairs were steep and a bit narrow every day, which is not an issue on one's day to day, but if you have a lot of luggage, prepare for an exciting arrival and departure! A nice, easy checkout do keep in mind that this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. Overall, I thought it was an excellent location for lone travelers and couples alike nice people, easy entry and exit, and close to the interesting parts of the city.

Thank you rajalobe for the amazing city tour in Gent! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dining. It is also in the centre of Gent making it accessible for shopping and nightlife. We are excited to travel back the next time with friends and family to Raja Lobe.
