Wonderful place with clean and well kept grounds and pool. Food delivery from hotel nearby, and easy to walk to that restaurant. Staff is great and bend over backward to keep things pristine and pleasant. No beach time due to present sargassum sea weed influx. The whole coastline is battling it. They keep it minimized to reduce the smell. We will be back!!

We had a great stay at Belizean Shores Resort and would definitely recommend it. The location is ideal, situated between San Pedro and Secret Beach, so both were easy to access by golf cart. It is about a 20 minute ride into town, but the area itself is much quieter and more relaxed. There are also a few good small dining spots near the property. The pool area was a highlight, with a swim-up bar, a nice hot tub, and solid happy hour deals from 3 to 5 PM daily. The staff were fantastic and very responsive, and being able to communicate via WhatsApp was super convenient. We also made use of the complimentary kayaks and rented snorkeling gear on site. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the refillable water jug that was kept stocked. Only minor downside was the AC units outside the bedroom can be loud at night, but the hotel provides ear plugs which helped. Overall, a really enjoyable and easy stay.

Perfect accommodation. Cleaner than most! Wonderful kind staff. Beautiful pool with hot tub. A special thank you to Tuji our swim up bartender for the delicious drinks, history lessons about the Caye and tips on navigating the island on our golf cart! I cannot stress enough that this place was so fantastic for a slow, romantic vacation. If you’re looking for something a little more exciting than that, stay closer to town!

Clean and beautiful room. Fully stocked kitchen. Staff super friendly. The grounds and especially the pool was awesome! Ping pong, tennis and pickle ball available. Bartender was fun at happy hour!

Belizean Shores is the perfect place to stay if you want to be out of the chaos of downtown San Pedro. Even though you are outside of town, there are lots of restaurants near by and it's only a 15 min golf cart ride to town. Secret beach is quick and easy to get to as well from there. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained. They did their best to clean up the sargassum everyday, I found it to be much cleaner than other resorts I walked by. You can swim off the end of the dock as well to avoid the sargassum. The pool was big and there was always somewhere to sit. The staff through out the resort were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies and the guys at the bar stood out in particular. Their service was A+!

Definitely would recommend this property. It is a perfect distance from San Pedro and is a great distance from Secret Beach. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs, and the pool was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

We absolutely loved this property and plan on returning next your. Having a kitchen is so important so that we didn’t have to eat out all the time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, blender, toaster and big water cooler for purified water. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the rooms cool. Housekeeping came every second day which was perfect. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. There is lots of room for parking the golf carts. Due to the location of the resort you do need to rent a golf cart to get around. The golf cart companies will drop off and pick up your cart which is very convenient. The office staff will book anything for you, they booked our flights to and from the Belize City airport and booked shuttles to and from San Pedro airport. The pool is amazing and it also includes a real hot tub. The pool area is a big area and we never had issues finding lounge chairs. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning the rooms. The whole resort is kept very clean. There isn’t much of a beach area but we didn’t miss it. We went to secret beach for beach days and relaxed by the pool other days. There is a big dock area that offers water activities however we booked all our activities in San Pedro waterfront. There was to much sea grass at our beach so no one was swimming in the sea. The only issue is the sewage system We are not supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet so better garbage cans are needed
