Rose was great she went out of her way to help us get settled in she even came out in the pouring rain to tell us our car lights were on Did not like the low bath sink and low mirror and could not get a to go coffee they did not have take away cups only their china cups

Nice cottage, good wifi, right next to a river in the jungle and with the excellent staff I would recommend it to anyone going to tube the caves.

The overall atmosphere of the place was fantastic. It was far enough off the road that it was quiet, and it felt very secluded. The scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurant and pool. We really can’t comment on the restaurant as we chose not to eat dinner there, as we were not hungry. So of course, the next morning we were starved. And they still were not open by 730. I’m not sure what time they did finally open. Also, being a coffee, lover, having no coffee pot in my room was a bummer. We finally drove into town to find a cup of coffee and breakfast. The pool was lovely. Perfect temperature.

We stayed in the "glamping" cabins, so the rooms are a bit rustic, but they have everything you need, and the staff was very friendly.

Staff really friendly. Nice cute little cottages. We really liked the one next to the stream. It had the sound of running water away from the highway. Pool was operational.

The front desk agent and manager are so courteous and friendly. Amazing staff amazing food and an amazing place. I definitely would visit and recommend others to to give it a shot!!

This was my second stay here this week. There were very few other guests, and it was quiet and peaceful. David and Criston, the young kitchen and bar employees, made me feel very welcome. They were friendly and attentive, and my food and drinks were top notch.
